[PROBLEMS] To provide a reconfiguration controller of an optically reconfigurable gate array for correctly and reliably writing various types of logical operation circuits of an optically reconfigurable gate array and performing high-speed logical operation by quickly starting up the circuits. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A reconfiguration controller comprises a laser array (1) for producing a laser beam (1a) to serve as a reproducing beam and applying the laser beam (1a), a hologram memory (2) for outputting an optical pattern (2a) when receiving the laser beam (1a) according to pre-stored recording information and outputting a control signal light (2b) relating to optical reconfiguration by the optical pattern (2a), an optically reconfigurable gate array (3) for reconfiguring arrayed logical operation cells into various logical operation circuits according to the outputted optical pattern (2a), and outputting an optical control signal (S3) from the control signal light (2b), and a reproduction light application control means (4) for controlling the application of the laser beam (1a) emitted from the laser array (1) according to the optical control signal. Therefore, optical pattern application can be performed according to the optical control signal at a reconfiguration time adapted to any of various logical operation circuits sequentially reconfigured by the optically reconfigurable gate array. Consequently, correct and reliable write of any one of various types of logical operation circuits can be performed without any write error, and such various types of logical operation circuits can perform logical operation sequentially at high speed.

An object of the present invention is to provide an RNAi control system using an RNA-protein interaction motif. The present invention provides an shRNA comprising: a guide strand having a sequence complementary to a target sequence; a passenger strand which forms a duplex with the guide strand; and a linker strand which links the guide strand and the passenger strand, wherein the linker strand comprises an RNP-derived protein-binding motif sequence. The present invention also provides an RNAi control system comprising: the shRNA; and an RNP-derived protein which specifically binds to a protein-binding motif sequence in the shRNA.
Abstract:
An opening is made in a surface intercepting a wave propagating through space. An image of an object is formed on an intermediate surface from the wave passing through this opening. After wave conversion, that is to say, after the entity of a wave is converted into a detectable wave from which a two-dimensional image can be picked up, an image is picked up with a two-dimensional image pick-up device. Distortion caused by the two-dimensional image pick-up device is corrected using a calibration grid pattern provided on the intermediate surface. The intermediate surface provides a wave converting function, distortion calibrating function, distortion-free wide field of view ensuring function, and wave entity converting function, and a place of detection elements themselves.
Abstract:
A diacetylene derivative was used as a starting material, and was subjected to dilithiation using an organolithium reagent. The resulting product was allowed to react with an excessive amount of chalcogen. Accordingly, an intramolecular cyclization reaction proceeded simultaneously with formation of skeletons of three rings. As a result, a chalcogen-containing fused polycyclic organic material was found to be obtained which has the three rings and a dichalcogenid bond. Further, by subjecting the resulting compound to a dechalcogenation reaction, a heteroacene was found to be obtained in a satisfactory yield. These synthetic techniques have made it possible to synthesize a series of highly planar chalcogen-containing π-electron system materials. Therefore, it is possible to provide (i) a chalcogen-containing fused polycyclic organic material capable of exhibiting excellent charge-transporting properties and (ii) a method for producing the material.

Abstract:
The formation in quantity of various different populations of a substance being studied with multiple combinations of distribution form and distribution density by dripping a suspension of a single concentration of the substance onto a masking member of a certain specified structure placed on a substrate by making use of the sedimentation of said substance.A method to form populations of fine particles or molecules on a substrate by specifying the distribution form and distribution surface density, wherein a masking member provided with parallel through-holes and having a tilted wall structure to achieve the target distribution form and distribution density is prepared; a solution or a suspension of the substance being studied is dripped onto said masking member; and the substance settles through the region defined by the tilted wall structure of the masking member; and the result is that the substance settles along the tilted wall structure and passes through the region bounded by the upper boundary of said wall structure and deposits onto the substrate in the area bounded by the lower boundary of the wall structure.
