    摘要: This invention relates to a process for the preparation of a thermosetting resinous composition which comprises polymerizing (a) a water-soluble resin having an acid group of an acid value of 5 to 300 neutralized with a basic substance and (b) at least one Alpha , Beta -ethylenically unsaturated monomer, at least one of said components (a) and (b) containing a group capable of releasing an isocyanate group under heating, the polymerization being conducted in water at a temperature lower than the isocyanate-releasing temperature, and to a process for the preparation of a powdery thermosetting resinous composition which comprises spray-drying the aqueous dispersion obtained according to the above process.

    摘要: This invention relates to a process for molding a thermosetting resinous composition, which comprises heating a liquid composition comprising an unsaturated alkyd resin, a vinyl chloride resin, a vinyl monomer and/or a reactive plasticizer, and a polymerization initiator at a temperature ranging from 80* to 160*C. to such an extent that the composition is not completely cured, cooling the composition to obtain a non-tacky partially-cured composition of a suitable form, and heating said partially-cured composition at a temperature ranging from 120* to 180*C. to complete the curing.
