    摘要: A disk brake, preferably a compressed air operated disk brake, comprising a caliper which encompasses the brake disk, and an actuating device which is arranged on one side of the brake disk and provided with a pivotally mounted rotary lever. The rotary lever acts upon a cross member which can be displaced in relation to the disk brake on an eccentric device provided with a pressure element. The invention is characterized in that the at least one pressure element of the eccentric device forms a spherical element.

A brake actuated rotating lever primarily effects a slidable element which actuates at least one adjusting spindle. The spindle presses a brake lining in the direction of a brake disk.     摘要: A pneumatically operated disk brake having a caliper actuated by an application through a traverse member which is displaceably guided with respect to the brake disk, at least one adjusting spindle is adjustably screwed to the traverse member and an adjusting device acts upon the adjusting spindle to maintain a desired ventilating play. A device is provided which prevents any rotating of the threaded spindle up to a specified torque. For a two spindle device the synchronization device can be locked in the released condition of the brake. Another solution is to provide on each adjusting spindle its brake-disk-side end a frontal toothing which engages in a corresponding frontal countertoothing of its pressure piece.

    摘要: A method for controlling a self-energizing disc brake having an electric actuator in which an activation force applied to the actuator is amplified using a self-energizing device arranged between the actuator and brake lining is described. The method has a brake application unit for applying at least one brake lining to one side of a brake disc by carrying out an application movement of the brake lining relative to the brake disc, the application movement having at least a first movement component in a direction parallel to a rotational axis of the brake disc and a second movement component in a direction tangential to the rotational axis of the brake disc. The method includes also controlling at least one electromotive drive for activating the brake application unit. Rotation of the shaft of the electromotive drive is converted to a non-linear displacement of the brake pad in the tangential direction.

    摘要: A brake disk for road vehicles has a brake caliper engaging about a brake disk of a vehicle wheel to be braked. A clamping unit upon which an actuation cylinder can act is provided on one side of the brake disk and which itself acts against at least one pressure member. In order to withstand the braking forces in a manner free from sealing problems, the caliper is constructed in one part such that the clamping unit is mounted in a section of the caliper which is substantially closed on all sides. When the caliper is moved away from the brake disk, the clamping unit can be introduced, in the form of a preassembled unit into the caliper through the opening therein facing the brake disk. When the clamping unit has been introduced, the opening in the brake caliper facing the brake disk is closed by a closure plate penetrated by the pressure member of the clamping unit.
