Abstract:
Disclosed is an aroma-diffusing cartridge for a vehicle wherein the structures of the cartridge and a carrier of an aroma are so optimized that the capacity of the carrier for carrying the aroma may become excellent together with stable and continuous performance of diffusing the aroma. An aroma-diffusing cartridge for a vehicle comprises: a cartridge body having one side formed with a pair of air holes for receiving and discharging air, and an internal space for circulating the received air; and at least two carriers put in the cartridge body with different duration of keeping an aroma. Thus, the capacity of the carriers for carrying an aroma is excellent together with stable and continuous performance of diffusing the aroma in a limited space, so that the air in the vehicle may be kept agreeable for a long time.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an infrared sensor assembly for measuring temperature in a vehicle, including: a support bracket 3 configured to be detachably coupled with an inner surface of a garnish on one side inside the vehicle to form a base; a casing 5 configured to be detachably coupled on the support bracket 3 and form an inner installation space between the support bracket 3 and the casing 5; a main PCB 7 configured to be inserted into a PCB housing 17 so as to be interposed between the support bracket 3 and the casing 5; and an infrared sensor 9 configured to be inclinedly bound with the main PCB 7 to measure the temperature in the vehicle. By this configuration, the overall size of the infrared sensor assembly may be compacted, the infrared sensor assembly may be easily commonly used in different types of vehicles, and the infrared sensor assembly may be embedded in a garnish of an interior material, such as an A-pillar to improve an aesthetic of the interior of the vehicle.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are an air conditioner for a vehicle and a controlling method thereof which can variably control a position of a rear seat cold air control door depending on a position of a front seat temperature-adjusting door when the position of the rear seat cold air control door is controlled according to rear seat air-conditioning modes (rear seat temperature-adjusting modes) in an air-conditioning case in which the rear seat cold air control door is mounted on a rear seat air passageway, thereby distributing an optimal cold air volume to the front seat air passageway and the rear seat air passageway by preventing that a large volume of cold air is supplied to the rear seat air passageway in the rear seat temperature-adjusting mode, removing dissatisfaction in control of rear seat temperature, and securing linearity of temperature discharged to the rear seat to enhance passengers' comfort.
Abstract:
A device for sterilizing an evaporator core of an air conditioning system includes a sterilizer is mounted at a front end of the eva core for sterilization and deodorization of the eva core. The sterilizer is mounted at one side of a wall surface of an air channel formed between a blower which blows air toward the eva core and the eva core to prevent an air volume of an air channel from being reduced.
Abstract:
A silencer for a vehicle air conditioning system is designed to reduce a noise and a vibration of a compressor transmitted into a vehicle room along coolant pipes. The silencer includes a silencer body tube and an external resonance tube. The silencer body tube is installed between the coolant pipes wherein a coolant gas flowing along the coolant pipes passes through the silencer body tube, the silencer body tube including one or more resonance holes formed on an outer circumferential surface of the silencer body tube. The external resonance tube is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the silencer body tube wherein a resonance chamber for absorbing a vibration and a noise of a coolant gas flowing through the silencer body tube is defined between the outer circumferential surface of the silencer body tube and the external resonance tube.
Abstract:
A method of passively suppressing noise within a heat exchanger comprises the steps of preselecting a plurality of sound wave travel distances formed between a plurality of surfaces within the heat exchanger to cause destructive interference of a preselected set of sound waves as the sound waves travel the preselected sound wave travel distances and assembling the heat exchanger to have the preselected plurality of sound wave travel distances formed between the plurality of surfaces formed within the heat exchanger.
Abstract:
Provided is a heater for a motor vehicle including: a heat source part: a heat source part rod including a rod sidewall and a rod cover in order to receive the heat source part; a first heat radiating plate including a first heat generation region in which one side of the heat source part is disposed and a first air movement region in which at least one or more first through-holes are formed; and a second heat radiating plate including a second heat generation region in which the other side of the heat source part is disposed and a second air movement region in which at least one or more second through-holes are formed. Particularly, the heat source part is disposed between the first and second heat radiating plates, and the rod sidewall is provided integrally with the first heat radiating plate.
Abstract:
A smell generation time predicting device is used for a vehicle air conditioner which includes an evaporator installed in an internal path of an air conditioner case and configured to, when the air conditioner is turned on, cool an air blown into a vehicle room. The device includes a first temperature detector, a second temperature detector, and a control unit. The first temperature detector and the second temperature detector are installed at a downstream side of the evaporator in a mutually spaced-apart relationship. The control unit is configured to, when the air conditioner is turned off, predict a smell generation time in the evaporator depending on a temperature difference between the air temperatures detected by the first temperature detector and second temperature detector.
Abstract:
