Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound having a dihydropyran structure, a method of producing a compound having a dihydropyran structure, a method of producing Pre-SMTP, a method of producing a group of SMTPs, and a pharmaceutical composition. The compound having a dihydropyran structure can be a useful intermediate in the chemically producing a group of Pre-SMTP and SMTP. Specifically, the compound having a dihydropyran structure is represented by the following formula (1), wherein: R3Si is a silyl group selected from TMS: trimethylsilyl, TES: triethysilyl, TBS (TBDMS): tert-butyldimethylsil, TIPS: triisopropylsilyl, TBDPS: tert-butyldiphenylsilyl, X is selected from COOH, CHO, and —CH═C(CH3)—(CH2)2—CH═C(CH3)2.
Abstract:
A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores therein an examination assisting program that causes a computer to execute a process including: performing a site detecting process that uses an object detection technique on each of a plurality of ultrasound examination images taken of an examined subject by performing a scan on the examined subject; and displaying a site detection map in which a detection result of each of a plurality of sites included in the examined subject is kept in correspondence with the scan, on a basis of detection results from the site detecting process.
Abstract:
A water jet spray nozzle has a flow path including, from the upstream side to the end of the flow path, a small-diameter portion having a small inside diameter, an expanded portion having a larger inside diameter than the small-diameter portion, and a jet orifice having a smaller inside diameter than the expanded portion. The water jet spray nozzle is configured such that water passing through the flow path with a pressure of 0.2 to 0.6 MPa is retained in the expanded portion to as to generate cavitation bubbles from the small-diameter portion to the expanded portion. The inside diameter of the small-diameter portion § is 0.5 to 0.7 mm while the inside diameter of the jet orifice is 1 to 1.3 times larger than that of the small-diameter portion.
Abstract:

Abstract:
An endoscope observation assistance apparatus includes an image information acquiring part to acquire and display a captured image of a luminal organ captured by the endoscope device on a display, a lesion information acquisition part to detect a predetermined lesion based on the captured image and to acquire lesion information regarding the lesion, a lesion disappearance determination part to track the lesion based on the captured image and the lesion information and to determine whether or not the lesion has disappeared from the captured image, and a notification part to notify a determination result when the lesion disappearance determination part determines that the lesion has disappeared from the captured image. Alternatively, the notification part may notify a lesion detection when a short time period passes after the lesion detection by the lesion information acquisition part.
Abstract:
This invention relates to an analgesic drug comprising a compound represented by the following formula (I) or (II), wherein R1 is a C1-6-alkoxy group or a C1-6-haloalkoxy group; R2 is a hydrogen atom; and R is an indazolyl group substituted with a halogen atom; a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; a pyrazolyl group; or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group; or a salt thereof, or a solvate thereof.
Abstract:
A biometric information detection device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is configured to be installed in a living body, and includes a sensor, a battery, a mechanical switch, a sealing member, and a holding member. The mechanical switch switches between a conduction state in which power is supplied from the battery to the sensor and a cutoff state in which supply of the power is blocked. The sealing member seals all of the sensor, the battery, and the mechanical switch. The holding member is attached to the living body and holds the sealing member.
Abstract:
