    摘要: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a film for a film capacitor in which a film can be prepared by melt extrusion molding in a thin film having a thickness of 10 μm or less and in which a cost can be cut by simplifying a manufacturing step thereof and a film for a film capacitor. It is a method for manufacturing a film for a film capacitor comprising the steps of charging a melt extrusion molding equipment 10 with a molding material 1 to mold a film 20 for a film capacitor by extruding from a dice 12, interposing the above extruded and molded film 20 for a film capacitor between a pressing roll 31 and a metal roll 32 to cool it and winding up the cooled film 20 for a film capacitor having a thickness of 10 μm or less in order on a winding tube 41 of a winding device 40, wherein the molding material 1 is prepared by adding a fluorocarbon resin to a PEI resin having a glass transition point of 200° C. or higher and a dielectric breakdown voltage of 100 V/μm or more; and a uniaxial elongational viscosity of the above molding material 1 is controlled to a range of 6,000 to 20,000 Pa·s.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a developing device that uses a developer carrier to advance to an image carrier a developer including a toner and a carrier and supplies the toner to the image carrier by applying a developing bias between the developer carrier and the image carrier. In the image forming apparatus, the following operation is performed before the developer in the developing device is taken out. The toner is supplied to the image carrier by applying the developing bias between the developer carrier and the image carrier, the developing bias increased in a direction to supply the toner to the image carrier. The toner supplied onto the image carrier is not transferred to a transfer receiving material but is advanced into a toner recovery device for recovery. The recovered toner is prevented from being returned to the developing device.

    摘要: An electromagnetic noise suppressor of the present invention includes a base material 2 containing a binding agent and a composite layer 3 formed by integrating the binding agent that is a part of the base material 2 and the magnetic material. This electromagnetic noise suppressor has high electromagnetic noise suppressing effect in the sub-microwave band, and enables it to reduce the space requirement and weight. The electromagnetic noise suppressor can be manufactured by forming the composite layer 3 on the surface of the base material 2 by physical vapor deposition of the magnetic material onto the surface of the base material 2. The article with an electromagnetic noise suppressing function of the present invention is an electronic component, a printed wiring board, a semiconductor integrated circuit or other article of which at least a part of the surface is covered by the electromagnetic noise suppressor of the present invention.
