    摘要: A vehicle drive system configured with a dynamo within a case. The case is disposed on at least one axial side of the dynamo, and includes a wall portion overlapping the dynamo, which has a section that overlaps with the dynamo as viewed from the axial direction. The wall portion overlapping the dynamo includes a supply flow passage through which lubricating-cooling fluid flows, and which is formed with a first supply portion that supplies lubricating-cooling fluid to a rotor support bearing for the dynamo electric. The first supply portion includes a throttle portion whose flow passage cross-sectional area is small when compared to an upstream-side flow passage cross-sectional area in the flow direction of lubricating-cooling fluid. The supply flow passage includes a second supply portion that is a portion supplying lubricating-cooling fluid to the dynamo and higher than the first supply portion.

    摘要: A drive unit includes a rotating electrical machine; a rotation sensor that detects a rotational position of a rotor of the rotating electrical machine, and a storage medium. In an inspecting step of measuring a counter electromotive force by mechanically driving the rotating electrical machine after the rotating electrical machine and the rotation sensor are assembled together, positional error information of the rotation sensor obtained based on information of the counter electromotive force and output information from the rotation sensor is stored in the storage medium. The storage medium is integrally provided to the drive unit in such a state that the storage medium is readable upon assembling a control device that controls the rotating electrical machine.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an electrical connection device that connects a rotating electrical machine and an inverter within a housing. The electrical connection device is configured with a first bus bar connected to a terminal of the rotating electrical machine such that the first bus bar that is insulated from the housing, and a second bus bar that is connected to a terminal of the inverter device such that the second bus bar is also insulated from the housing. An insulating connection member is configured to connect the first bus bar and the second bus bar. The first bus bar and second bus bar are housed within the housing such that they face each other to form a gap between them. The connection member is configured to pass through a wall of the housing so as to electrically connect the first and second bus bars.

    摘要: A drive device includes: an input shaft connected to an engine; a first motor-generator; a second motor-generator; a planetary gear unit including three rotating elements; an output gear connected to the planetary gear unit; an output shaft that transmits rotation of the output gear to a driving wheel; and a control device that controls at least one of the first and second motor-generator. The output gear, the planetary gear unit, and the first motor-generator are coaxial with the input shaft. The planetary gear unit is provided radially inside the first motor-generator and is provided at the same position as the first motor-generator in the axial direction. The second motor-generator is provided on an axis different from the input shaft and the output shaft axes. The control device is provided on the side of the output gear, the planetary gear unit, and the first motor-generator that is opposite the input shaft.
