    摘要: A method of manufacturing a Through Mold Via (TMV) package-on-package device while preventing a bad solder joint from occurring in the TMV package-on-package device is provided. The method includes coating exposed portions of a lower semiconductor package with an organic soldering preservative, and stacking a top semiconductor package on the lower semiconductor package and connecting lower solder balls of the top semiconductor package with the top solder balls of the lower semiconductor package. According to the method, a bad solder joint may be prevented from occurring when a top semiconductor package is bonded to a lower semiconductor package.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a peelable and water-crosslinked semiconductive resin composition. The peelable and water-crosslinked semiconductive resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of a basic resin; 20 to 80 parts by weight of carbon black based on weight of the basic resin; and 0.05 to 5.0 parts by weight of an amide-based lubricant based on weight of the basic resin, wherein the basic resin is a mixed resin including 60 to 80 weight % of an ethylene-based copolymer resin that is bonded with an unsaturated organic silane and has a melting point of 80° C. or above; 5 to 20 weight % of an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer or its alkali metal salt; and 5 to 40 parts by weight of an ethylene propylene copolymer containing 5 to 20 weight % of ethylene, or a propylene rein.

The camera module is combined with the socket. A holder member is disposed over the camera module and covers the camera module. A plurality of fixing units may fix the holder member to fix the camera module on the PCB. The structure can prevent distortion and deviation of the camera module due to external shock.

    摘要: An antenna feed line for a portable terminal is provided that includes first films in which shielding lines are formed lengthwise and a second film disposed between the first films and having at least one pair of signal lines formed lengthwise. The antenna feed line is a flexible printed circuit having a layered structure of the first films and the second film, while the signal lines are shielded by the shielding lines. Use of the antenna feed line allows a stable connection to be maintained in spite of external shock, and signal loss during transmission/reception can be reduced. Moreover, the antenna feed line can be easily fixed inside the portable terminal.

    摘要: A resynchronization method for wireless ad-hoc network environments that are synchronized by a synchronization signal broadcast from one arbiter includes (a) preparing a candidate arbiters list that lists the wireless access devices linked to a wireless ad-hoc network that are capable of becoming candidate arbiters; (b) sending the candidate arbiters list to the wireless access devices of the wireless ad-hoc network; and (c) broadcasting the synchronization signal by a wireless access device selected as a new arbiter based on the candidate arbiters list, if the synchronization signal is not broadcast for a predetermined timeout period. Accordingly, if an arbiter stops its operations in the wireless ad-hoc network, the resynchronization is rapidly performed by the most suitable wireless access device.

    摘要: A tray loading apparatus of an optical disc drive is provided. The tray loading apparatus includes a main frame, first rails that are installed in the main frame to guide a first tray on which a cartridge accommodating a disc is mounted so that the first tray slides into or out of the main frame, and second rails that are attachable to and detachable from the main frame and guide a second tray on which the disc is placed so that the second tray can slide into or out of the main frame. The tray loading apparatus further includes lockers that lock the second tray when the second tray is completely loaded into the main frame and disc guides that guide the outer circumference of the disc placed on the second tray. Accordingly, second rails can be separated from or coupled to a main frame to selectively load and unload a first tray on which a cartridge is mounted or a second tray on which a disc is placed.

A cover member may be combined with an upper part of the hub to prevent the balls from being separated from the grooves.
