    Abstract: Described herein is a curable composition comprising an amorphous fluoropolymer having an iodine, bromine, and/or nitrile cure site; a peroxide cure system comprising a peroxide and a Type II coagent; and optionally carbon black, wherein the composition is substantially free of a photoinitiator selected from a Type I photoinitiator, a Type II photoinitiator, and/or a 3-component electron transfer initiating system. The curable composition is exposed to actinic radiation to at least partially cure the curable composition.

    Abstract: The composition can include a fluoropolymer and a branched silsesquioxane polymer having terminal —Si(R3)3 groups and units having formula, in which * represents a bond to another silicon atom in the branched silsesquioxane polymer, R is an organic group comprising an aliphatic carbon-carbon double bond, and R3 is a non-hydrolyzable group or hydrogen. The fluoropolymer can be crosslinked with the branched silsesquioxane polymer. An article can include a first composition including a fluoropolymer in contact with a second composition including a silicone, wherein at least one of the first composition or second composition includes the branched silsesquioxane polymer. At least one of the fluoropolymer or the silicone can be crosslinked with a branched silsesquioxane polymer including terminal —Si(R3)3 groups and units having formula, in which R* is an organic group comprising a carbon-carbon bond between the branched silsesquioxane polymer and the fluoropolymer, the silicone, or another R* group.

    Abstract: Functional, partially-fluorinated silane compound according to Formula (I): wherein: X is CH2=CH— or CHCH2—; R1 and R2 are linear or branched alkylenes having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Rf is a perfluoro(alkylene) group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms and, optionally, at least one catenary heteroatom selected from the group consisting of O and N; c is equal to the number of carbon atoms in X; and Y is —Cl or —OR, wherein R is a linear or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
