Two facing walls have portions 1 and 2 connected together by a tie rod comprising a central section 4 and two end sections 5 and 6 joined to the central section by two bars 3 each with a ball head 7 at its opposite ends. The ball head in section 5 or 6 is disposed in a respective socket 8 or 33 attached to the wall portion 1 or 2. Central section 4 is essentially a turnbuckel comprising an outer tube with internal threads engaging sockets 25 for the ball heads in the central section.

The invention relates to an airship comprising a flexible envelope having at least one adjustment region provided with two longitudinal adjustment elements mounted in opposition and mobile in relation to each other between a maximum distancing position and a minimum distancing position, the two longitudinal adjustment elements being connected to each other by a group comprising a plurality of cables crossing the inner space of the envelope, each of the cables cooperating with a plurality or tightening points provided along each longitudinal element. The cables are connected to at least one tightening module that can exert a tightening or loosening action on the cables and thereby bring the longitudinal adjustment elements closer together or move them further away.

The invention relates to a device (10) for detecting and locating fluid leakage from a hydraulic work, the device being characterized in that it comprises a geotextile fabric (12) made of yarns or fibers and provided with: at least one first optical cable (14) in contact with said geotextile (12) and formed by a protective tube within which at least one multimode optical fiber (141) is placed, said multimode optical fiber (141) being suitable for detecting a temperature variation and transmitting a signal that is modified when temperature varies and at least one second optical cable formed by a sheath receiving tightly at least one monomode optical fiber (142) suitable for detecting a deformation of the geotextile (12) and for transmitting a signal that is modified when the deformation is detected in that said second optical cable being bonded to the geotextile (12). The invention is applicable to detecting and locating leakage from hydraulic works.

This invention relates to methods for use in industrial production of proteins. Specifically, the present invention provides a method of recycling solid supports for cultivation of anchorage-dependent cells such as, e.g., microcarriers and Fibra-Cel® disks. Solid supports recycled by a method of the present invention allow obtaining a protein productivity level comparable to the productivity level obtained with non-recycled solid support. The method comprises the steps of rinsing with water, rinsing with a sodium hydroxide solution and second rinsing step with water.
