Abstract: Arrangements for voice enabled event processing are provided. In some aspects, a self-service kiosk may detect a mobile device of a user and a connection may be established between the self-service kiosk and the mobile device. The user may request, via natural language data input, processing of an event, such as a transaction. The natural language data input may be captured by the mobile device of the user and transmitted to the self-service kiosk or other processing device. The natural language input may be processed to identify the requested event. Based on the processed natural language data, an event processing request may be generated. Based on processing the event, one or more event processing commands may be generated. The event processing commands may be executed to perform one or more functions associated with completion of the event processing (e.g., distributing funds, activating a deposit receptacle, or the like).

Abstract: Arrangements for pre-authenticating users to interactive voice response (IVR) systems are provided. In some examples, a user may initiate, via an application executing on a mobile device of the user, a telephone call to an IVR system. A computing platform may intercept the call and may generate a one-time passcode (OTP). The OTP may be appended to the telephone number as a suffix and the telephone call may be initiated with the IVR system using the telephone number and appended suffix. The IVR system may extract the OTP and may validate the OTP. If the OTP is validated, the call may be initiated as a pre-authenticated call in which the IVR system might not request authentication data from the user. If the OTP is not validated, the call may be initiated as a standard call in which the IVR system may request authentication data from the user.

Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for secured data analysis and synthetic identity detection in a distributed ledger network. The present invention is configured to receive an event for a predetermined set of occurrences, generate a first hash packet and a second hash packet, wherein the first hash packet is generated by applying a hashing engine to a first identifier, and wherein the second hash packet is generated by applying the hashing engine to a second identifier, generate, by a distributed ledger server, a first key pair, generate, by the member of the distributed ledger network, a second key pair, encrypt a bundle using the first public key, wherein the bundle comprises the first and second hash packets, and appending the bundle to the transaction object, wherein the transaction object is distributed to the distributed ledger network.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus are provided for authenticating avatar activity in a metaverse environment. A metaverse application may enable interactions between an agent avatar and a customer avatar in a secure bidirectional metaverse session. Customer identity may be verified using meta-information associated with avatar appearance or behavior, device data, and/or methods of avatar control. The agent avatar and customer avatar may view a virtual representation of a defective check in the metaverse environment. The customer avatar may sign the virtual check in the metaverse environment. The signature may be captured and reproduced on a paper check by a device interfacing with the metaverse application. The metaverse application may store technical logs of the metaverse session for future reference.

Abstract: An electronic bill may be generated, transmitted, and paid remotely at a POS using a UWB-compatible user device. The location of the user device may be detected leveraging UWB technology at the POS. The bill may be pushed to the user device over a MEMS network of sensor nodes at the POS. An optimal route over the sensor nodes may be selected so that the electronic bill is directed to a sensor node in proximity to the user device. The selected route may minimize the number of sensor nodes over which the bill must pass. The route may be dynamically changed when the user device is moved from one location to another at the POS. The customer may specify an electronic payment method in response to receiving the bill or the customer may have pre-specified the payment method. An electronic confirmation of payment may be transmitted to the POS.
