摘要： A motor vehicle seat with a seat frame (20) and with a back rest (22), which can be mounted onto this seat frame (20) in the state of completion, whereby a back rest joint (24) is provided opposite the seat frame for the adjustment of the tilting of the back rest (22), which has a first arm (26), which is allocated to the seat frame (20), and a second arm (28), which is allocated to the back rest (22), and which have an angular adjustment toward each other. A piece of fitting means, which is arranged in a centric manner to the articulated axle (30) of the back rest joint (24) effects a connection between the back rest (22) and the seat frame (20). Furthermore, a lever (32) for an unlocking device for the tilting forward motion is provided at the back rest (22). The back rest joint (24) is arranged at the back rest (22) with both its arms in the state of completion of the back rest (22). A stop motion device (50) is arranged at the seat frame (20) for the fitting of the first arm (26) on one hand, and on the other hand a clamping piece (52). The clamping piece (52) can be moved between a clamping position, in which it is flexibly prestressed and in which it fixes the first arm (26) together with the stop motion device (50), and a position of release, in which the back rest (22) can be swiveled freely and without the operation of the back rest joint (24) toward the front. At the first arm (26), an unlocking lever (36) is arranged, a) which is movably connected with the lever (32) of the unlocking device for the tilting forward motion and which can be moved by the same from a position of rest into a position of unlocking, b) in whose area of motion the clamping piece (52) is positioned and c) which pushes the clamping piece (52) on the way to the position of unlocking into its position of release.

摘要： A longitudinal guide apparatus for a motor vehicle seat having two rails for slidably supporting the motor vehicle seat for fore-aft position adjustment. The guide apparatus includes first fixation devices arranged at one of the two rails for fixing one rail to the motor vehicle seat. Second fixation devices are arranged at the other of the two rails connecting the other rail to a platform of a motor vehicle. Guiding devices are arranged between the two rails. Each rail is provided with at least one hooked part which is in reciprocal engagement with the hooked part of the other rail. One of the two rails is formed as an encompassed rail, the other rail being formed as an encompassing rail, the encompassing rail encompassing the encompassed rail wherein each of the two rails is equipped with a sliding section. The sliding section of one rail faces the sliding section of the other rail, and the rails are manufactured in such a way that in a first, unloaded state of the motor vehicle seat supported by the longitudinal guiding device there is a gap between the two sliding sections, whereas in a second, loaded state, when a load above a threshold value is placed on the motor vehicle seat, the rails deform so that the sliding sections contact and directly transfer forces from one rail to the other rail.

摘要： A back-rest hinge for a vehicle seat that has a seat support and a back-rest. The back-rest hinge has a swivel joint operatively interconnecting the seat support and the back-rest for variable inclination of the back-rest relative to the seat support. A locking mechanism permits adjusting an angle of inclination of the back-rest in relation to the seat support. A locking lever is hinged to the back-rest at a hinge point spaced from the swivel joint along a lengthwise direction of the back-rest. The locking lever has a locking portion which extends from the hinge point in a direction of the seat support that intersects a front edge of this seat support. The locking mechanism includes an interlock mechanism on the seat support, which interacts with the locking portion, and an activation device. The interlock mechanism is positionable between one position in which it is cooperatively engaged with the locking portion and another position in which it is disengaged from the locking portion. The activation device can releasably retain the interlock mechanism in the one position. The back-rest hinge further has an adjustment device disposed between the swivel joint and one of the back-rest and the seat support. This adjustment device has a direction of adjustment that essentially extends in parallel to the previously-mentioned direction of the seat support.
