    Abstract: A wireless system as discussed herein includes a communication management resource configured to control flows of data through a first wireless access point to a remote network. To control the flows of data, the communication management resource receives a schedule indicating a pattern of multiple mobile communication devices associated with a subscriber domain. The schedule may indicate a respective pattern associated with the multiple mobile communication devices. For example, the respective pattern may indicate times when the multiple mobile communication devices are present in the subscriber domain and/or times when the communication devices communicate through the first wireless access point to one or more destination in a remote network. The communication management resource utilizes the schedule to control priority of conveying communications from the multiple mobile communication devices through the first wireless access point to the remote network.

    Abstract: A wireless network environment includes a communication management resource operative to manage wireless connectivity provided by multiple different wireless networks, each of which supports a different wireless communication protocol to provide wireless access to communication devices in a network environment. The communication management resource monitors a performance of the multiple wireless networks. In response to detecting an inability of a first wireless network of the multiple wireless networks to provide wireless coverage in a geographical region, the configuration management resource adjusts operation of a second wireless network to provide expanded wireless coverage in the geographical region.

    Abstract: A device management resource detects an anomaly event associated with a first communication device based on analysis of first feedback from multiple network entities supporting conveyance of communications associated with the first communication device. The device management resource selects an operational state of the first communication device based on the detected anomaly event. The device management resource then notifies each of the network entities of the selected operational state of the first communication device. Each of the network entities collects and forwards different feedback data associated with the first communication device depending on the selected operational state of the first communication device.

    Abstract: Via generation of tracking information, a management resource tracks availability of multiple types of wireless technologies at multiple geographical regions in a network environment. The communication management resource receives a current location of a first vehicle and uses the current location to determine that the first vehicle resides within a first geographical region of the multiple geographical regions. The communication management resource then uses the tracking information to determine multiple types of wireless technologies supported at the current location in which the first vehicle resides.     Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing quasi-licensed spectrum allocation among two or more entities within a prescribed coverage or operational area. In one embodiment, the quasi-licensed spectrum utilizes 3.5 GHz CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) spectrum allocated between two or more Federal or commercial SASs (Spectrum Access Systems), for use by various service provider entities such as a managed content delivery network that includes one or more wireless access nodes (e.g., CBSDs). In one variant, each of two or more SAS entities generate both proposed allocations for themselves and other participating SAS entities with respect to available GAA spectrum, and differences between the proposed allocations are reconciled and condensed using a dynamic, iterative process to converge on a final allocation which fits the available GAA spectrum and which equitably distributes the spectrum between the participating SAS entities.

    Abstract: According to one configuration, a communication management resource such as a SIM provisioning platform receives input from a mobile communication device to activate use of the mobile communication device in a private wireless network. The communication management resource authenticates use of the mobile communication device in the private wireless network. Subsequent to authentication, the communication management resource populates an access file such as private SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) information for use by the mobile communication device to access the private wireless network. The access file is populated with information such as a unique cell identifier value, encryption information, identification of supported services, etc. The communication management resource communicates the newly generated access file (such as SIM information) to the mobile communication device, enabling the mobile communication device use of the private wireless network.

    Abstract: A controlled intersection employs video analytics to identify incoming vehicles coupled with autonomous driving capabilities in the vehicle to selectively provide intervention for collision avoidance. A camera image of an approaching vehicle is used to identify a range and speed, and to compute whether intervention is appropriate based on a detected distance and speed from the intersection. A vehicle approaching a stop signal (e.g. “red light”) at an unsafe rate of speed triggers an invocation of on-board autonomous systems in the vehicle that provide appropriate warnings and ultimately, forced braking if warnings go unheeded. A registration system maintains a local grouping of vehicles in proximity to an intersection for minimizing latency in vehicle identification for commencing intervention. In this manner, on-board vehicle collision avoidance systems collaborate with complementary traffic control logic at a controlled intersection for preventing inadvertent or intentional disregard of a red signal.
