The battery includes a box body, a battery module and a mounting plate, the battery module is disposed in the box body and includes a battery cell arrangement structure and a first end plate, the battery cell arrangement structure includes a plurality of battery cells stacked and is disposed on one side of the battery cell arrangement structure, the first end plate is fixedly connected to the battery cell arrangement structure, the mounting plate is disposed between the first end plate and the box body and is fixedly connected to the box body; the first end plate has a first elastic support part configured to be capable of abutting the mounting plate, being squeezed by the battery cell arrangement structure and deforming when the battery cell arrangement structure expands.

Abstract: A battery tray and a vehicle include a frame structure including a plurality of frames sequentially connected end to end arranged to be connected to the vehicle, and a base plate structure including an inner base plate and a reinforcing beam, wherein the inner base plate is located on an inner side of the reinforcing beam and arranged for mounting a battery module. The battery tray further includes a reinforcing block, wherein the reinforcing block is connected to a corresponding frame and the reinforcing beam in a matching mode, so as to fixedly connect the reinforcing beam to the frame structure through the reinforcing block. In the battery tray, the strength of the battery tray can be enhanced and a total weight can be decreased only by using the reinforcing block to fixedly connect the reinforcing beam to the frame structure.

The battery module includes: a plurality of battery cells stacked in sequence, the plurality of battery cells being provided with vents; and a circuit board arranged above the plurality of battery cells. The circuit board is provided with a temperature sensing device, and a position of each of the temperature sensing device corresponds to positions of the vents. The temperature sensing device is connected to a battery management system to form a circuit, and the circuit is disconnected when any one of the vents is blasted.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, which can include a plurality of batteries, a positioning bracket, a circuit board, a thermistor and a fixing cover plate. The positioning bracket can be affixed onto the batteries and includes a first opening. The circuit board can have a main body portion disposed above the positioning bracket and a mounting portion located below the main body portion, the mounting portion can be contained in the first opening and supported on a battery of the plurality of batteries. The thermistor can be affixed on the mounting portion of the circuit board. The fixing cover plate can tightly press the mounting portion of the circuit board in the vertical direction to fix the mounting portion to the battery.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module comprising a circuit board, the circuit board comprises a conductive layer, a first pad and a second pad. The conductive layer is formed with a sampling circuit, the sampling circuit comprises: a sampling end portion; an outputting end portion; a first branch path formed with a first fusing zone; and a second branch path formed with a second fusing zone. The first pad is provided on the sampling end portion, the second pad is provided on the second branch path. When the first fusing zone is fused, the circuit board can be quickly repaired by means of the second branch path and the second pad to electrically connect the sampling end portion and the outputting end portion, thereby achieving the purpose of reusing the circuit board, therefore the entire battery module is not scrapped and the utilization of the battery module is improved.

The first protecting assembly is mounted in the box body and is configured to protect the module electrical connection piece when an ejecta discharged from the anti-explosion assembly impacts the module electrical connection piece. The above technical scheme reduces probability of secondary short circuit of the battery pack.
