Abstract:
The test substance assay method includes (i) obtaining a mixed solution by mixing (a) first dry particles that are modified with first binding substances exhibiting binding properties specific to a test substance, have an average particle size of 100 nm to 200 nm, and have labels, and (b) second dry particles that are modified with second binding substances not exhibiting binding properties specific to the test substance, have an average particle size of 100 nm to 200 nm, and do not have labels with (c) a test sample solution containing the test substance; (ii) applying the mixed solution onto a substrate; (iii) causing the test substance to be trapped in a reaction site on the substrate that has third binding substances having binding properties specific to the test substance or has substances exhibiting binding properties to the first binding substances; and (iv) detecting the test substance.
Abstract:
In an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, a binder resin that constitutes the photosensitive layer includes a polymer containing a skeleton derived from dehydroabietic acid in the main chain. An electrophotographic photoreceptor which accelerates conversion to natural materials from the viewpoint of manufactured product quality or production suitability, since the binder resin of the photosensitive layer has satisfactory solvent solubility.
Abstract:
The hemostatic material composition contains a polysaccharide having a reactive group that reacts with a protein to form a crosslinking structure, a hydrophobic solvent, and a crosslinked particle containing one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of a crosslinked protein and a crosslinked polysaccharide.
Abstract:
Provided are a film and a water stopping tape that realize long-lasting water stopping properties. The film includes an outermost layer that contains a water-absorbent polymer and a fiber assembly and a substrate layer in this order, in which a degree of out-of-plane swelling of the outermost layer is higher than a degree of in-plane swelling of the outermost layer, and the water stopping tape includes the film.
Abstract:
Objects of the present invention are to provide a preparation, which satisfies both a sufficient drug carrying amount and a preferred decomposition rate, and a method for manufacturing the preparation and to provide a member for a preparation used in the preparation of the present invention described above and a method for manufacturing the member. According to the present invention, there are provided a preparation containing a crosslinked substance of an anionic polypeptide and a cationic, polypeptide and a cationic drug; a method for manufacturing the preparation including a freezing step, a drying step, a crosslinking step, and a drug adding step; a member for a preparation formed of a crosslinked substance of an anionic polypeptide and a cationic polypeptide; and a method for manufacturing the member for a preparation.
Abstract:
Provided is a polymer obtained by homopolymerizing a lactone monomer. The polymer contains a structural unit having a lactone ring containing three or more carbon atoms, wherein at least one of the carbon atoms, except for C of —C(═O)O—, of the lactone ring forms a part of a main chain; and wherein at least one of the carbon atoms, except for C of —C(═O)O—, which forms the lactone ring and is other than the carbon atom(s) forming a part of the main chain is bridged with an atom of the main chain.
Abstract:
Provided is a polyamide polymer in which a partial structure represented by the following formula (C) constitutes a portion of the main chain: wherein in Formula (C), RA and RB each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; n and m each independently represent an integer from 0 to 2; Cy represents an unsaturated 6-membered or 7-membered ring which may contain a heteroatom; and * and ** each represent a bonding hand, while * may be a bonding hand extending from RA.
