    摘要: An optical module, in particular for microlithography, includes an optical element and a support unit. The optical element has at least one optically utilised area, which defines a rotational axis of symmetry. To support the optical element the support unit has a plurality of more than three support elements. Each of the support elements in the area of a first end is connected with the optical element and in the area of a second end is connected with the support structure. The support unit is designed such that the degree of freedom of rotation of the optical element around the rotational axis of symmetry is restricted, while the position or orientation of the optical element in the other five degrees of freedom is spatially adjustable via the support unit.

A first software module is executed on a first host and a second software module is executed on a second host, the two software modules in communication with each other. The first software module is switched to the target release in communication with the local release of the second software module. The communication with the second software module is reestablished after the upgrade.

Low temperature deposition of these layers is preferred to ensure the proper microstructure and surface roughness. Low temperature deposition (below about 300° C.) results in the formation of copper precipitates which can be difficult to remove. Annealing the layer formed, either prior to, or after formation of capping layers and additional layers thereon, drives the copper precipitate back into solution, permitting small dimension fabrication.

    摘要: Various techniques are provided for implementing a lighting device variable control using a variable inductor. In various examples, the variable control may be implemented with a plurality of continuous or stepped settings. The variable control may be adjusted by a user-actuated movement of a part of the lighting device, such as the depression of a tail cap or another appropriate physical control to change the inductance of the variable inductor. An oscillating signal may be induced in a variable inductor circuit that includes the variable inductor. The oscillating signal may exhibit characteristics, such as frequency, that change with the inductance of the variable inductor. Such characteristics may be measured to determine a setting of the variable control and which may be used to adjust the brightness or other attributes of the lighting device.

    摘要: Improved integrated circuits, memory devices, circuitry, and data methods are described that facilitate the adjustment and reconstruction of signal timing of devices by providing for an interface having inputs and/or outputs that are adjustably delayed. This allows embodiments of the present invention to sense the signal delay and utilize adjustable input or output delays to correct the signal timing relationships such that correctly timed communication signals are received by the internal circuitry of the device. In one embodiment of the present invention, a register is utilized to adjust the timing delay of individual input and/or output signals for the device. This increases the robustness of the device and its resistance to communication or data corruption, allowing larger ranges of environmental conditions and input capacitances of systems or communication busses to be tolerated.
