    Abstract: An intercooler assembly includes: a cooler body having a heat exchanger; an upper tank formed at an intake air inlet connected to the heat exchanger and coupled to an upper portion of the cooler body; a lower tank coupled to the lower portion of the cooler body to form an intake air discharge part connected to the heat exchanger; a bypass unit connected to the intake discharge part separately from the intake inlet; and a valve unit connected to the intake air inlet and the bypass unit and selectively introducing intake air supplied through a turbocharger into the intake air inlet and the bypass unit.

    Abstract: A connection structure of a turbocharger and an intercooler for a vehicle is disclosed. The turbocharger is configured to compress intake air using exhaust gas and includes an outlet for discharging the compressed air, and the intercooler includes an inlet connected to the outlet of the turbocharger and is configured to receive the compressed air through the inlet. An inserting portion having an external diameter smaller than an external diameter of the outlet is formed at an end portion of the outlet facing the intercooler, and is inserted into the inlet of the intercooler. An connecting hose encloses external circumferences of the outlet and the inlet such that the outlet and the inlet are connected to each other through the connecting hose.

    Abstract: An air intake control apparatus for a vehicle may include an intake passage configured such that a flow pipe for a flow of intake air is divided into first and second division passages and the first and second division passages communicate with the same combustion chamber, a variable valve provided in the first division passage to adjust an opening degree of the first division passage according to an rotation angle of a motor connected to a central shaft of the variable valve, and an operation valve provided in the second division passage to open or close the second division passage by ON/OFF control.
