Abstract:
A base station according to a present embodiment includes: a controller configured to set first determination parameters used for a radio terminal to determine whether to switch a standby destination or a connection destination between the mobile communication network and a wireless LAN; a transmitter configured to transmit the first determination parameters to a radio terminal served by the base station; and a receiver configured to receive information notified from another base station. The controller is configured to set the first determination parameters in consideration of the information.
Abstract:
A user terminal according to an embodiment comprises a receiver; and a controller. The receiver receives, from a base station, a message including first and second information. The first information is information regarding to a configuration for reporting a power measured by the user terminal in the unlicensed band, and includes period information indicating a period of a measurement in the unlicensed band. The second information is information regarding to a configuration of carrier aggregation. The controller periodically measures the power in the unlicensed band according to the period information; reports to the base station on information classified according to the measured power as information indicating the measured power, based on the first information; performs a configuration for using the unlicensed band as a secondary carrier in the carrier aggregation, based on the second information; and communicates a communication with the base station by using the secondary carrier.
Abstract:
A secondary base station according to an embodiment is configured to connect to a master base station via an X2 interface and for being used for a dual connectivity communication, which is to transmit downlink data from the master base station through a split bearer to a user equipment. The secondary base station comprises: a receiver configured to receive the downlink data transferred from the master base station; a transmitter configured to transmit the downlink data received by the receiver to the user equipment; and a controller configured to determine a release of the split bearer. The transmitter configured to transmit a release request message for requesting the release of the split bearer to the master base station in response to determining the release of the split bearer.
Abstract:
A base station according to an embodiment comprises: a controller including a memory. The controller is configured to store a list in the memory, the list including at least one or more identifiers of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) access points. The controller is further configured to execute a process of receiving first information from a node configured to connect to the WLAN access points. The first information includes at least one ore more identifiers of WLAN access points to be deleted from the list. The controller is further configured to update the list on a basis of the first information.
Abstract:
An illumination device includes a light emitter configured to emit illumination light and a controller configured to control the light emitter. The controller controls the illumination light such that a first decrease ratio of melanopic illuminance of illumination light during night-time illumination to melanopic illuminance of illumination light during daytime illumination is higher than a second decrease ratio of illuminance of the illumination light during the night-time illumination to illuminance of the illumination light during the daytime illumination.
Abstract:
A user equipment, an apparatus, and a method receive from a base station configuration information on a carrier aggregation where a Licensed-Assisted Access (LAA) secondary cell using unlicensed frequency is utilized, configure the carrier aggregation based on the configuration information, receive from the base station information indicating whether uplink data transmission via the LAA secondary cell is allowed, and transmit uplink data via the LAA secondary cell only in response to receiving the information indicating that uplink data transmission via the LAA secondary cell is allowed.
Abstract:
An electronic device comprising a touch screen, a plurality of first keys arranged along a periphery of the touch screen, a storage configured to stores a character array, and at least one controller configured to execute a character editing process according to an operation on the first key by allocating at least one of characters and phrases included in the character array to each of the first keys and accepting, when detecting the operation on one of the first keys, editing the at least one of the characters and the phrases allocated to the first key on which the operation is detected.
Abstract:
A radio base station according to an embodiment constitutes a mobile communication network. The radio base station comprises: a controller configured to measure a stay time for which a radio terminal has stayed on a wireless LAN. The stay time is a period from when a first process through which the radio terminal switches a waiting destination or a connection destination from the mobile communication network to the wireless LAN is performed to when a second process through which the radio terminal switches the waiting destination or the connection destination from the wireless LAN to the mobile communication network is performed.
Abstract:
A user terminal transmits and/or receives downlink traffic through cellular/WLAN aggregation by using a first communication and a second communication. The downlink traffic is divided into traffic for cellular communication network and traffic for WLAN. The user terminal further transmits an uplink control signal through the cellular/WLAN aggregation by using the first communication and without using the second communication. The user terminal further notifies the base station of a report regarding the second communication by the first communication. The report indicates a radio link failure in the second communication and includes a reason for the radio link failure. The reason includes a first reason and a second reason. The first reason relates to a radio environment in the second communication. The second reason does not relate to the radio environment.
Abstract:
Included are a biological sensor, a recorder that records a log in which an activity record of a user is associated with biological information measured by the biological sensor before and after a time pertaining to the activity record, and a controller that provides activity advice by referring to the log based on biological information measured by the biological sensor.
