    摘要: In an electronically controlled throttle apparatus, a coil spring is shaped to extend from a U-shaped hook portion which is a joint between a first spring portion having a returning function and a second spring portion having an opening function to the other end of the second spring portion. A coating of a lubricant is provided on a sliding contact area between the inside circumferential surface of the coil spring and the outside circumferential surface of the second spring inside circumferential guide. Thus, the sliding resistance in relative motion between the coil spring and the second spring inside circumferential guide can be significantly reduced.

    摘要: In an electronically controlled throttle apparatus, a coil spring is shaped to extend from a U-shaped hook portion which is a joint between a first spring portion having a returning function and a second spring portion having an opening function to the other end of the second spring portion.     摘要: An integrated valve device includes a casing having cylindrical portions each defining therein a fluid passage. The fluid passage accommodates a valve being adapted to opening and closing the fluid passage. A shaft extends through the valves to manipulate positions of the valves all together. Each cylindrical portion has a pair of wall portions each opposed to corresponding one sidewall surface of each of the valves. The pair of wall portions is located in a range out of an open-close range between a full close position and a full open position of the valve. Each wall portion has a protrusion for supporting the valve by being in direct contact with corresponding one of the sidewall surfaces when the protrusions of the pair of wall portions interpose therebetween the valve.

First and second bearing members are assembled inside the housing by inserting each of the first and second bearing members into a corresponding space between the housing and the valve shaft from a corresponding longitudinal end side of the valve shaft. A longitudinal position of the valve relative to the housing is adjusted through one of the following methods. A first contact portion is brought into contact with a first side face, and a second contact portion is brought into contact with a second side face. A first contact surface is brought into contact with a first longitudinal end face, and a second contact surface is brought into contact with a second longitudinal end face.

    摘要: A throttle apparatus includes a throttle body having a motor insertion hole in which a motor is received. The throttle body has an undercut groove perpendicularly extending with respect to the axial direction of the motor around the insertion hole. A metallic plate is inserted into the undercut groove, so that a motor engaging hole formed in the metallic plate is attached to the throttle body, and a motor engaging hole formed in the metallic plate engages with the motor. A sensor cover is attached to the metallic plate, so that a notch formed in the metallic plate engages with an engaging boss integrally formed in the sensor cover to steadily receive a motor, such that the motor is restricted in the axial direction of the motor and in a direction which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the motor.

    摘要: A throttle device which prevents the entry of foreign compounds into a slidable contact portion between a brush and a commutator is provided to prevent the malfunctioning of a motor. A first shielding portion is integrally formed in a brush holder, which is attached to a yoke of a motor for holding a brush. The plate-shaped first shielding portion covers the vicinity of the yoke in the outer periphery of the yoke. Accordingly, the first shielding portion covers a gap left between the yoke and the brush holder, and a slidable contact portion between a commutator and the brush on a throttle gear side. Therefore, the first shielding portion prevents a foreign compound, generated in an engagement portion between the throttle gear and a reduction gear and falling onto a motor, from moving to the slidable contact portion, so that it is possible to prevent poor contact between the commutator and the brush.
