    摘要: A process for polymerizing or copolymerizing .alpha.-olefins having at least 3 carbon atoms or copolymerizing .alpha.-olefins having at least 3 carbon atoms with not more than 50 mole % of ethylene in the presence of a catalyst composed of an organometallic compound of a metal of Groups I to III of the periodic table and a titanium catalyst component supported on a halogen-containing magnesium compound, said titanium catalyst component being a solid reaction product obtained by treating (i) a mechanically copulverized product of a halogen-containing compound and an organic acid ester with (ii) an organo-metallic compound of a metal of Groups I to III of the periodic table, and then reacting the resulting solid product with (iii) a titanium compound in the absence of mechanical pulverization.

    摘要: A process for preparing highly stereoregular polyolefins in the presence of a catalyst comprising (A) a titanium-containing solid catalyst component composed of an organic complex derived from(i) a magnesium halide(ii) an organopolysiloxane selected from the group consisting of compounds of the formulaQ(Q.sub.2 SiO).sub.n SiQ.sub.3, (Q.sub.2 SiO).sub.n and X(Q.sub.2 SiO).sub.n SiQ.sub.2 X,(iii) an organic carboxylic acid ester, and(iv) a titanium compound of the formulaTi(OR).sub.l X.sub.4-l, and(B) an organoaluminum catalyst component of the formulaR'mAl(OR').sub.3-m,said organic complex being derived by bringing the component (i) into contact with a combination of the components (ii) and (iii) or a combination of the components (ii), (iii) and (iv) under mechanical pulverisation conditions and then treating the resulting pulverized composition with the component (iv) in the absence of mechanical pulverization.

    摘要: A prepolymerized solid catalyst for gaseous phase or slurry polymerization of alpha olefins is disclosed. The catalyst comprises a porous carrier having a particle size of 20 to 200 microns onto which has been deposited an aluminoxane and a transition metal compound having at least one cycloalkadienyl group, the transition metal being from group 4 of the Periodic Table. The transition metal is present in an amount of 0.003 to 3 mmol/gm of carrier, and the aluminum to transition metal atomic ratio is from 15 to 1000. This catalyst is then prepolymerized with 0.2 to 30 gm of an alpha olefin per gram of catalyst to form the final prepolymerized solid catalyst having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.2 to 20 dl/gm as measured in decalin at 135 deg C.

    摘要: A catalyst for polymerization of an olefin, said catalyst being formed from[A] a solid titanium catalyst component comprising magnesium, titanium, halogen and an electron donor as essential ingredients,[B] an organoaluminum compound catalyst component, and[C] an electron donor catalyst component comprising at least two electron donors including an electron donor (1) and an electron donor (2), the MFR (a) of homopolypropylene obtained by using the electron donor (1) together with the solid titanium catalyst component [A] and the organoaluminum compound catalyst component [B] has the following relation to the MFR (b) of homopolypropylene obtained by using the electron donor (2) under the same polymerization conditions as in the case of using the electron donor (1)log [MFR (b)/MFR (a)].gtoreq.1.5.This catalyst can give an olefin polymer having a broad molecular weight. Also provided is a process for polymerizing or copolymerizing an olefin in the presence of the above catalyst.

C. is 0.5 wt. % or less and which is capable of swelling the polyolefin, and(D) 0.01 to 10 wt. parts of a radical initiator; andmodified polyolefin particles prepared by the aforesaid process.
