摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for recycling plastics which is improved with respect to operation efficiency, operation environment, lowering degradation of plastics, recycling cost and environment load including saving energy. The recycling is made as follows: coarse-crushing used-up plastic products, separating plastic materials from other foreign matters by air blow separation, fine-crushing the separated plastics, washing the fine-crushed plastics by the process using a circulation flow including a spiral flow in which interaction between crushed plastics helps themselves clean without washing agents, dewatering the washed plastics, drying them, removing metallic matters by using metal detector, then feeding them directly without pelletizing to an injection molding machine of which nozzle part is equipped with filter and flow-switching mechanism for cleaning the filter by backwash reverse filtration.

摘要： Light shielding cloths excellent in light-shielding ability, and film drawing resistance are obtained by increasing the pile yarn density in accordance with a special formula, by passing pile yarns between the needle loop and the sinker loop of the ground fabric or by using a combination of regular yarn and special yarn. The contamination of the film by the thermobleeding of the dye is prevented by using a particular dye. The generation of static marks is also prevented by treating the light-shielding cloth comprising synthetic fiber with a special antistatic agent or treatment.

摘要： A laser beam emitted from a laser diode of each of detectors is applied to a partly cut region of a photosensitive sheet film which is spread toward the detectors by a film bending roller. Part of the laser beam which is reflected from the partly cut region is detected by an amount-of-light sensor. The laser beam that is applied to a surface of the photosensitive sheet film other than the partly cut region is reflected outside of a light-detecting area of the amount-of light sensor, and is not detected by the amount-of-light sensor.

A cooling mechanism is disposed between the attachment mechanism and the base peeling mechanism, for cooling an attached substrate, the attached substrate being made up of a glass substrate and a photosensitive web attached thereto, from which a protective film has been peeled off, together with a heating mechanism for heating a resin layer, for example a cushion layer, inside the cooled attached substrate to within a predetermined temperature range, which is at or below the glass transition temperature.

摘要： A laminator for lamination to a substrate by use of continuous laminated material is provided. The laminated material includes a support, and a photosensitive transfer layer overlaid on the support. A heat/pressure roller attaches the laminated material to the substrate with heat and pressure with the transfer layer opposed to the substrate. A cooler cools the substrate with the laminated material. A peeler peels the support from the transfer layer on the substrate from the cooler, to transfer the transfer layer to the substrate.

摘要： An apparatus for conveying and aligning various types of film packages recovered for recycling. A conveyer of the apparatus is constructed by a pair of parallel belts combined to form a V-shaped bearing gutter and driven in the same conveying direction. The film packages are conveyed on the conveyer and are slid downward through an inclined cylindrical tube which rotates about the longitudinal axis and has spiral ridges on the inner periphery. Thereby, the longitudinal direction of the film packages are aligned with the conveying direction. Then a posture discriminator discriminates between the upright posture and the upside-down posture of the film packages on a first conveying path, based on the position of the viewfinder. The film packages having the upright posture are caused to fall headlong from the first conveying path onto a second conveying path, so as to have the upside-down posture on the second conveying path. The film packages conveyed on the first and second conveying paths are again joined together in a line.
