摘要: A plant product extraction apparatus or extractor is provided for separating or grading fine particles from a larger portion of material, such as separating trichomes from a stalk or flower of a plant. The apparatus imparts a plurality modes or patterns of oscillations and vibrations to a particle separator or sieve that holds the plant matter. A motor drives a back and forth motion to a support platform supporting a sieve. The sieve is constrained by a retention tray that is supported by the support platform. One or more vibratory motors provide rapid shaking vibration through the retention tray to the sieve. A haptic transducer or mechanical agitators may be provided to increase throughput of the apparatus. The various motors and locomotion patterns facilitate the separation of finer plant materials from a larger portion of a plant.

摘要: A method for producing a thermal product with a consistent and designable thermal property is disclosed. The method comprises producing from a municipal waste a cellulose-based material stockpile and a plastic-based material stockpile; automatically measuring at least one physical property of the cellulose-based material stockpile and at least one physical property of the plastic-based material stockpile; based on the measurements of the at least one physical property the cellulose-based material stockpile and the measurements of the at least one physical property of the plastic-based material stockpile, automatically controlling mixing the cellulose-based material stockpile and the plastic-based material stockpile to form a mixture by adjusting a ratio of the cellulose-based material stockpile to the plastic-based material stockpile; and automatically heating and compressing the mixture to form the thermal product.

摘要: Systems and methods for increasing recyclable material recovery from automobile shredder residue (4). Embodiments include separation of automobile shredder residue with a sorting system (5) such as an air sorting system, a non-ferrous automobile shredder residue air sorter, an air-locked automobile shredder residue sorting system, a non-magnetic magnetic sorter, a substantially isotropic quantization sorting system, an air-locked Z-box air classifier, low susceptance microparticle separator, a magnetic fuzz separator, a wind tunnel system, or the like perhaps with substantially horizontal laminar air flow (7) and can be used with or without out other traditional automobile shredder residue sorting systems (16) or (15) perhaps creating additional recyclable quantities and even better separated results such as with zorba and zurik and the like.

摘要: The present invention provides a dry method heavy medium separator adopting a dry method heavy medium separation bed and a separation device. According to the dry method heavy medium separator, a floating material end medium drum screen and a sediment end medium drum screen are arranged below a floating material discharge end and a sediment discharge end of the dry method heavy medium separator and used for separating products from media; a bag-type dust collector is used for collecting dust, a dust collector pipeline is arranged at the top of the dry method heavy medium separator, the air draft volume is larger than the air supply volume during working of the dry method heavy medium separator, the inside of the separator is in a negative pressure state, and therefore dust in the dry method heavy medium separator cannot escape; and the whole system is in a fully closed working state. According to the dry method heavy medium separator adopting the dry method heavy medium separation bed and the separation device, the problems that the fluidization density is instable, the air flow distribution is not uniform in a fluidization process, the medium separation efficiency of an existing medium separation screen for fine materials is low, the magnetic medium content of the fine materials subjected to medium separation is high, and the like are solved, and the medium separation efficiency for fine materials can be improved remarkably.

摘要: A hydraulic separation system and method enables efficient recycling of log yard waste from an elevated frame. The system separates fine granules, small rocks, small bark, large bark, and large rocks with a variety of sequentially positioned, hydraulically powered separating components. The separation is mechanical and the size and weight of the individual material determines where in the system it is separated. Conveyors carry the log yard waste through the system. Shaking screens shake in a fast, up and down motion to flip and move the material through the system. Adjustable sloped plates work to accelerate and decelerate the material through the system. Dampening fingers control the disposition of elongated pieces of large bark and help to decelerate down the material. Blowers separate the bark from heavier rock and granular material. The elevated frame to enable cleaning and access to materials discharged beneath the elevated frame.
