摘要: A flowback tank cleaning system and method is described. A flowback tank includes a self-cleaning system. A flowback tank cleaning method may include moving solid debris collected at a bottom of a collection section of a flowback tank towards a lift auger using a cleaning auger or a conveyer belt extending along a length of the collection section, the bottom of the collection section including an angled trough, funneling solid debris towards the cleaning auger or conveyor belt by placing the cleaning auger or conveyor belt at a base of the angled trough, spraying fluid downward through a series of fluid outlets, removing the sand so moved by the cleaning auger or conveyer belt from the flowback tank using the lift auger, and removing the fluid from the flowback tank using a drain manifold below the cleaning auger or conveyer belt.

摘要: A method of washing a food product with a short-term, intense treatment solution. One example method generally includes: applying, using a short-term wash device, a short-term wash treatment solution to the food product; and applying, using a wash device coupled to the short-term wash device, a wash treatment to the food product such that the wash treatment rinses the short-term wash treatment solution from the food product, wherein: the short-term wash treatment solution is applied to the food product for a shorter duration than the wash treatment is applied to the food product; the short-term wash treatment solution is chemically different from the wash treatment; and the short-term wash treatment solution comprises an acidulant and a polyol.

摘要: A produce wash system is provided. The produce wash system includes a produce line with a short-term wash device followed by a wash device, a short-term wash treatment that is applied by the short-term wash device to a product, wherein the short-term wash treatment remains on the product for a pretreatment time that lasts until the product reaches the wash device, and a wash treatment that is applied by the wash device to the product, wherein the wash treatment rinses the short-term wash treatment from the product defining the end of the pretreatment time. The pretreatment time is set at or below a damage threshold time beyond which the short-term wash treatment damages the product beyond a damage threshold.

摘要: A solar power system includes a plurality of solar power cells mounted on a spherical frame; a hemispherical reservoir mounted to the spherical frame to enclose at least a portion of the spherical frame such that a gap is defined between the spherical frame and an interior surface of the reservoir, the reservoir configured to hold a fluid that includes a solar cell cleaning solution; and at least one actuator mounted to the spherical frame and operable to rotate a portion of the spherical frame that supports the plurality of solar power cells through the gap.

摘要: An apparatus for prewashing comminuted plastic parts and for separating heavy materials or mineral constituents such as sand, silt, etc., comprises a material feed (1) for the plastic parts to be prewashed, a separating region (2) for the heavy materials, which comprises a separating chamber (3) that is filled with water during operation, a washing region (4) for the further washing of the floating fraction coming from the separating region (2), which comprises a washing chamber (6) working with a water bath (5) and/or shower/spray water, and a drawing-off region (7) for the usable material washed in the washing region (4), which comprises a drawing-off chamber (8) that is filled with water during operation, wherein the plastic parts pass via the material feed (1) into the separating chamber (8), preferably by gravitational force, via a first conveying device (9), as a floating fraction, into the washing chamber (6) and, as usable material, into the drawing-off chamber (8), and from there are conveyed via a second conveying device (10) to a material discharge (11).

摘要: A horizontal rotary drum in which the materials to be treated are introduced through a feed hopper together with a water flow admitted through treatment nozzles so as to form a suspension of water and materials is described. The horizontal rotary drum has inclined paddles that move forward the heavy materials deposited on the bottom of the drum towards an exit end where an extractor conveys them towards concentric screening means, a stop ring being arranged transversally inside the drum so as to leave only a peripheral annular passage having a height lower than the level of the suspension of water and materials present on the bottom of the drum so as to stop the lighter organic contaminants that are in the upper part of the suspension. Means for slightly inclining the axis of the rotary drum within a small angular interval, as well as with clod-breaking teeth for treating clayey materials are also described.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for processing broken glass, to which residues of stickers adhere.According to the invention, an underlay is provided, for example, a closed drum or an open shell, having a delivery point and a discharge point for broken glass particles. In the area of the delivery point, the broken glass particles are set into motion to one another by means of movement of the underlay, whereby mutual friction of the particles occurs.A stream of broken glass particles which is freed of sticker residues travels to the discharge point. A gas stream is oriented opposite to the stream of broken glass particles, which conducts the separated residues of stickers with it, and which simultaneously dries the cleaned glass particles.
