Abstract:
In a drive system of the present invention, a first slider can be moved in first and second directions by movement of first travellers and second travellers. A second slider can be moved in the first and the second directions in a plane which is located away from a plane in which the first slider moves. A third slider can be moved in the second of the first direction on the second slider. Therefore, the first and the third sliders can be synchronously moved despite the plane in which the first slider moves and the plane in which the third slider moves being separated from each other.
Abstract:
The invention aims to provide a scroll fluid machine which has auxiliary cranks divided into two separate crank members connected by pressure fitting in the process of assembling of the scroll machine. Each of the auxiliary cranks for regulating the motion of the revolving scroll is divided into a revolving scroll side crank member and a stationary scroll side crank member, the crank members are configured such that one of the crank members can be pressed into the other crank member, and both of the crank members are connected to compose a one-piece auxiliary crank when both of the scrolls are assembled.
Abstract:
A scroll fluid machine has a stationary scroll and a revolving scroll, each of which has a spiral scroll wrap spiraling from the center side to the outer side. One of the scrolls has an annular outermost wrap having a radius larger than that at the outer end of the spiral wrap of the other scroll. The annular, outermost wrap is the outermost wall, and the scrolls are assembled so that the wrap of the other scroll is disposed in the inner side of the wrap of the one of the scrolls.

A pair of guides are provided on a base in a first direction. A pair of travellers are capable of moving in the first direction alongside the guides. A first rotary guide is provided to one of the travellers. A second rotary guide is provided to the other traveller. A first tension member is tensionally engaged with the rotary guides, one end section is extended from the first rotary guide and fixed to the base, the other end is extended from the second rotary guide in the opposite direction and fixed to the base. A second tension member is tensionally engaged with the rotary guides, one end section is extended from the first rotary guide in the opposite direction to the one end section of the first tension member and fixed to the base, the other end section is extended from the second rotary guide in the opposite direction to the one end section and fixed to the base.
Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide a speed changer having a simple structure and great speed changing ratio. In the speed changer of the present invention, a movable gear section has a first pinion gear and a second pinion gear, which are coaxially integrated and which are capable of spinning about their common axis. A motor moves the movable gear section on a circular orbit. A fixed ring gear fixedly encompasses the circular orbit, the fixed ring gear has a first inner gear section, which is formed on an inner circumferential face, wherein the first pinion gear is capable of engaging with the first inner gear section and rolling thereon. An output ring gear rotatably encompasses the circular orbit, the output ring gear is coaxial to the fixed ring gear, the output ring gear has a second inner gear section, which is formed on an inner circumferential face, wherein the second pinion gear is capable of engaging with the second inner gear section and rolling thereon.
Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide a rotary drive system, which is capable of simultaneously rotating a plurality of output shafts in the same manner. The rotary drive system of the present invention includes a driving mechanism for moving a moving body around in a plane; a plurality of output shafts being arranged perpendicular to the plane, the output shafts being capable of rotating on their axes at prescribed positions; and a plurality of output levers wherein a first part of each output lever is rotatably connected to each output shaft and a second part thereof is rotatably connected to a face of the moving body, which is parallel to the plane, and wherein the distance between the first and second parts of each output lever is made equal.
Abstract:

The walking robot comprises: four corner blocks for connecting each end of X-guides and Y-guides; X-travellers being capable of moving in the X-direction; Y-travellers being capable of moving in the Y-direction; an X-rod being pierced through the Y-travellers; a Y-rod being pierced through the X-travellers, the Y-rod being connected to the X-rod; X-driving means for moving; Y-driving means for moving the Y-travellers; Z-driving means for moving the corner blocks, the X-travellers and the Y-travellers in a Z-direction perpendicular to the X- and Y-directions, the Z-driving means being provided to the corner blocks, both ends of the X-rod and both ends of the Y-rod.
Abstract:
An inexpensive and small size clutch transmits variable torque. The clutch comprises a rotary shaft; a rotor coaxial to the rotary shaft; a clutch member provided for the rotor, the clutch member reversibly switching the rotor from an engaged state to a free state with respect to the rotary shaft; a biasing member for biasing the clutch member so as to cause the rotor to be in the engaged state; and a movable body being movable in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. The movable body presses the clutch member against the biasing force of the biasing member so as to cause the rotor to be in the free state when the movable body is moved by a driving device. Thus, if there are a plurality of rotors, they can be rotated by one motor. The rotor can be made free with respect to the rotary shaft by moving the movable body.
Abstract:
Combining a plurality of two dimensional drive systems, a plurality of moving bodies can be independently moved by each of the two dimensional drive systems. Therefore, tools, robot-heads, work, etc. attached to the moving bodies can be moved independently. By attaching one of the two dimensional drive systems to another, the movement of both moving bodies are composed, so that the moving body of the one attached to another can be moved compositely. Therefore, the moving body or a tool, etc. attached thereto can be moved in a complex motion.
Abstract:
A scroll fluid machine has a stationary scroll having a stationary scroll lap fixed to a scroll casing and an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll lap that orbits relative to the stationary scroll lap. The stationary and orbiting scrolls are connected via a coupling mechanism other than an Oldham coupling or pin crank type mechanism having sliding parts. The coupling mechanism includes plate springs that connect the stationary scroll to the orbiting scroll. The orbiting scroll lap engages with the stationary scroll lap to form a closed compression chamber.
