摘要： An electric oven includes a partition member to partition a cooking chamber into two cooking regions. The partition member for use in the electric oven includes an insulating board interposed between upper and lower plates of the partition member, and a shock-absorbing unit to prevent damage to the insulating board. Using the electric oven configured as stated above, it is possible to intercept heat transfer between the partitioned respective cooking regions, thereby preventing heat loss between the respective cooking regions and damage to the interior of the partition member.

The apparatus includes a body, a cooking compartment, a steam generator to supply steam into the cooking compartment, a water vessel to store water and supply the water into the steam generator, a water supply device including a holder and a slider slidably mounted in the holder so as to be withdrawn from the body, a first water supply tube connecting the slider and the water vessel, a second water supply tube connecting the water vessel and the steam generator, and a drain tube to drain water in the steam generator to the outside of the body. The drain tube includes an end fixed to the slider so that the end of the drain tube is withdrawn with the slider from the body when water in the steam generator is drained to the outside.

The plurality of steam valves independently control the plurality of steam feed pipes so as to change positions from which the steam is discharged into the cooking cavity. Therefore, the steam oven of the present invention cooks the food in desired directions by allowing the plurality of the steam valves to independently control the plurality of steam feed pipes.

摘要： A wall-mounted type microwave oven includes a cabinet and a hood having a guide duct. The guide duct is movably arranged in the hood, and automatically slides in and out the hood by an actuating unit of the microwave oven. A movable filter is set in the guide duct so as to be spaced apart from an inner surface of the guide duct by a predetermined interval. Where the guide duct is moved forward, exhaust gases generated therebelow pass through the movable filter, and the filtered gases are guided into the cabinet by the guide duct. The actuating unit includes a rotary member and a drive motor mounted on the hood. The rotary member is rotated by the drive motor to move the guide duct forward. The actuating unit further includes an elastic member which is connected, at an end thereof, to the hood and, at the other end thereof, to an inside end of the guide duct. The elastic member provides an elastic force to move the guide duct rearward.

摘要： A vacuum cooking apparatus and cooking method using the vacuum cooking apparatus, which automatically performs cold storage, thawing, cooking, and warming functions in a single cooking apparatus, thus improving cooking convenience. In the cooking method, a temperature of a cooking cavity is decreased by creating a vacuum state in the cooking cavity for a preset period in response to a cold storage signal, thus performing a cold storage mode that allows food to be stored at a low temperature. The cold storage mode is terminated after the preset period has elapsed, and then a cooking mode is performed by heating the food.
