Abstract:
A method for managing an access right of a terminal to a resource by a server according to one embodiment of the present invention is disclosed, and the method is performed by a gateway device and comprises the steps of: receiving a management command for adding, to a privilege management object (MO), or updating an access control list (ACL) to a resource(s) of a terminal or a terminal group for a secondary server having no access right to the resource(s) from a primary server; making a request for ACL(s) of the resource(s) to the terminal or each of terminals in the terminal group; receiving the ACL(s) of the resource(s) from the terminal or each of the terminals in the terminal group; determining on the basis of the received ACL(s) whether the primary server has permission to perform the management command; and if it is determined that the primary server has permission to perform the management command, adding, to the privilege MO, or updating the ACL of the resource(s), wherein the privilege MO is stored in the gateway device and can include information on an access right of a specific server to a resource of a specific terminal.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for enabling a machine-to-machine (M2M) gateway to measure the position of an M2M device, and an apparatus therefore, and the method includes the steps of: receiving a request for generating a first resource representing the way of obtaining positional information form a first M2M device; if the generation request contains the information for indicating commonly based positional measurement, determining the device closest to the first M2M device; and setting the positional information of the closest device as the positional information for the first m2M device, wherein if the M2M gateway does not have network topological information, or at least one M2M device connected to the m2M gateway does not have positional information, the M2M topological information, and the at least one M2M device connected to the M2M gateway has positional information, the device having the minimum number of hops from the first M2M device among the at least one M2M device is determined as the closest device, and the first resource represents a data structure capable of being uniquely addressed using address information.
Abstract:
A method by which a resource management entity requests for acquisition of a specific right on a specific resource in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving a search request for a specific resource from a first application entity, wherein the search request includes a search word for identifying the specific resource; acquiring information on resource candidates among resources being managed, on the basis of the search word; transmitting the information on the resource candidates to the first application entity; receiving an acquisition request for a specific right on a first resource among the resource candidates from the first application entity; and determining whether the first application entity has a right on the acquisition request for the specific right, wherein whether the first application entity has a right on the acquisition request for the specific right can be determined on the basis of information indicated by a first attribute of a second resource for verifying a resource right acquisition request, which is lower than the first resource.
