摘要: An under-cover mounting structure for an industrial vehicle includes right and left side-frames, and an under cover. The right and left side-frames face each other with an interval. The under cover is detachably mounted on the side frames by fixing means for covering a lower part of an area between the side frames. The under cover has right and left side-portions. At least one of the side-portions has a mounting inclined-surface formed by folding the under cover along a longitudinal direction thereof. At least one of the side frames has a mounted inclined-surface which faces the mounting inclined-surface of the under cover.

摘要: A heat pipe type cooling apparatus for a semiconductor, comprises a plurality of first copper pipes, each of the first pipes having a plurality of V-shaped grooves formed in an inner surface thereof and arranged in a circumferential direction thereof, and a plurality of second copper pipes, each of the second pipes having a plurality of second grooves formed in an inner surface thereof, each of the second grooves having an opening narrower than an inner part thereof. A plurality of ceramic pipes connect the first pipes and the second pipes, through intermediate pipes made of a nickel-iron alloy. One end of each of the second pipes is inserted in a metal block on which a semiconductor is mounted.

摘要: A first layer (11) and a second layer (12) are layered with an intermediate layer (21) therebetween. A clad material (1) is manufactured by heating and bonding the layered body at a temperature, at which the ratio of the mass of a liquid phase generated from the intermediate layer (21) is 5% or more and 35% or less, and by rolling the body. The clad material may comprise the clad material (1) which is a two-layer material formed of the first layer (11) and the second layer (12) as described above, as well as a third layer, a fourth layer, a fifth layer, and the like.

The striker device includes a base plate and a striker secured to the base plate. The striker has a support part capable of supporting a load. The locking device is capable of securing the support part. The base plate is configured to be secured to the frame. The striker has ends secured to the base plate such that the support part is located below the frame.

摘要: A battery replacing apparatus includes a battery mount portion, vehicle hoist members, and a lifting-lowering means for lifting and lowering the battery mount portion. When attaching a battery unit to or detaching a battery unit from the battery support portion of an electric vehicle, the vehicle hoist members are moved together with the battery mount portion to be brought into contact with the vehicle body. The vehicle hoist members are formed like rods extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The vehicle hoist members are arranged on the left and right sides of the battery unit placed on the battery mount portion. The battery unit is attached to the battery support portion of the vehicle or detached from the battery support portion from below.

摘要: A method of bonding two members including an aluminum alloy material as one member, and an aluminum alloy material or a pure aluminum material as the other member, the method being characterized in: that the aluminum alloy material for the one member and the aluminum alloy material for the other member are composed of an aluminum alloy containing Mg of not more than 0.5 mass %; and that a bonding process is carried out in a furnace having a non-oxidizing atmosphere at a temperature, at which a ratio of a mass of liquid phases generated in the aluminum alloy material defined as the one member to the total mass of the aluminum alloy material falls within a range from 5% to 35%, on the condition that there is either a coated fluoride-based flux or a coated chloride-based flux between both of the members to be bonded.

摘要: A locking apparatus for a vehicle includes a striker, a locking apparatus body. The locking apparatus body is used for locking and releasing the striker. The locking apparatus body includes a housing, a first rocking shaft, a latch and a pawl. The housing includes a recess for receiving the striker. The first rocking shaft is disposed in the housing and has a first axis. The latch is supported by the first rocking shaft so as to be rotatable relative to the housing around the first axis between a locking position in which the latch locks the striker in the recess and a releasing position in which the latch releases the striker in the recess. The pawl is used for locking the latch. The locking apparatus body locks the striker when moving housing to the striker and is operable in the housing.

The green-light-emitting phosphor is represented by a formula M1-aSi2O2-1/2nXnN2:Eua, wherein M is at least one element of strontium (Sr), barium (Ba) and calcium (Ca); X is at least one element of chlorine (Cl) and bromine (Br); a is 0.005≦a≦0.15 and n is 0.02≦n≦0.2. Substitution of a part of the oxygen (O) in a matrix with at least one halogen element of chlorine (Cl) and bromine (Br) gives a green-light-emitting phosphor of higher brightness.
