    摘要: An implantable electronic therapy device, having a therapy unit, a heart rate capturing unit, a contractility determination unit, and an evaluation and control unit. The therapy unit delivers an antitachycardiac therapy. The heart rate capturing unit determines a ventricular heart rate from an input signal, and the contractility determination unit generates from an input signal, a contraction signal reflecting a contractility of a ventricle. The evaluation and control unit is connected to the therapy unit, the heart rate capturing unit, and the contractility determination unit actuates the therapy unit to administer an antitachycardiac therapy when the heart rate capturing unit detects an increase in the heart rate above a specified threshold value and the contractility determination unit supplies a contraction signal which is not physiologically adequate for the increase in the heart rate.

    摘要: The invention relates to an implantable ventricular heart stimulator (10), comprising an at least partially electrically conductive housing (12), an electrode line terminal for connection of a ventricular defibrillation electrode line (20) and a terminal for a defibrillation electrode (26). According to the invention, the heart stimulator has a far-field electrocardiogram detection unit (70) which has a first input connected to the terminal for the ventricular defibrillation electrode and has a second input connected to the electrically conductive housing and designed or configured to generate a far-field electrocardiogram on the basis of the electric potentials applied to the two inputs during operation. The inventive heart stimulator also has a far-field electrocardiogram evaluation unit (72) which is connected to the far-field electrocardiogram detection unit and is designed to detect signal features characteristic of atrial depolarizations in a far-field electrocardiogram generated by the far-field electrocardiogram detection unit.

    摘要: A cardiac therapy device having a cardiac assist pump, a defibrillation unit, and a control unit, which is connected to the cardiac assist pump and the defibrillation unit to control them. The cardiac assist pump is implemented in case of use to pump blood from a ventricle into an associated artery and thus relieve the respective ventricle. The defibrillation unit is implemented for automatic defibrillation of a ventricular fibrillation and the control unit is implemented to activate the cardiac assist pump and the defibrillation unit in a coordinated manner in case of a ventricular fibrillation such that the cardiac assist pump first increases its performance to initially cause a pressure relief of at least one assisted ventricle in case of use and the defibrillation unit only subsequently delivers a defibrillation shock, when a ventricular pressure relief is provided.
