    摘要: A reflow furnace using a conventional heater for blowing hot air has difficulty in reducing Δt and in stabilizing the oxygen concentration at a low level. In addition, it is difficult to uniformly discharge hot air from the discharge holes in a perforated plate of a conventional heater for blowing hot air. In a reflow furnace according to the present invention, the total area per unit area of discharge holes formed in a perforated plate in a heater for blowing hot air installed in a main heating zone is 1.5-5 times the total area per unit area of the discharge holes formed in a perforated plate of a heater for blowing hot air installed in a preheating zone. A heater for blowing hot air has a body divided into three chambers by partitions.

    摘要: With a view to providing a light source unit which can emit light source light of high luminance and high intensity even in the small quantity of excitation light, there is provided a light source unit including an excitation light source for emitting light in a blue wavelength band, a fluorescent wheel, a light emitting device for emitting light in a red wavelength band and a light guiding optical system for guiding light emitted from the fluorescent wheel and the light emitting device to a light guiding device, wherein the fluorescent wheel is made up of a fluorescent area where a green fluorescent material layer for emitting fluorescent light in a green wavelength band is disposed and a diffuse area for converting light emitted from the excitation light source into diffuse light of which directivity is weak are disposed end to end in a circumferential direction, and wherein the green fluorescent material layer is such that a concentration of weight content of the green fluorescent material in the green fluorescent material layer relative to the fluorescent material layer and a thickness thereof are determined so that a luminescent intensity of fluorescent light emitted from the green fluorescent material layer is enhanced.

The system includes: an image forming section to respectively form images on recording materials; a stacking section to stack the recording materials continuously ejected from the image forming section; an instruction inputting section from which an operator inputs instruction information; an ejecting section to stack a part of the recording materials in such a manner that the operator can pick up stacked recording materials by hand; a controlling section to conduct controlling operations in response to the instruction information, inputted from the instruction inputting section during an implementation of an image forming job including an operation for stacking the recording materials ejected from the image forming section, in order to eject the part of the recording materials onto the ejecting section.
