摘要: A hydrostatic transmission utilized in a tractor that drives a mower attachment. The hydrostatic transmission includes a control shaft that is operated through a linkage system from a shift control lever. An adjustable detent operates directly on the control shaft for locking the control shaft in its neutral condition. The linkage system includes a lost motion connection so that the detent can operate without having to move the linkage system or the shift control lever.

摘要: A process for separating 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene from a 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene-containing mixture which comprises mixing said mixture with a complexing agent selected from the group consisting of bis(1,2,5)thiaziazolotetracyanoquinodimethane, (1,2,5)selenadiazotetrocyanonaphthoquinodimethane, (1,2,5)thiaziazolotetracyanonaphthoquinodimethane, 2,6-dichlorotetracyanoanthraquinodimethene, and 2,6-diiodotetracyanoanthraquinodimethane to thereby form a complex, separating a solid matter containing said complex; and decomposing the solid matter containing the same to thereby separate and collect an oil rich in the 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene. According to this process, 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene can be readily separated at a high selectivity. Further the complexing agent can be readily recovered and reused as such.

摘要: A process for producing foamed particles of a polyolefin resin which comprises dispersing polyolefin resin particles in water in a closed vessel, feeding a volatile blowing agent into the closed vessel, heating the dispersion to a temperature above the softening point of the polyolefin resin particles but below their melting point, opening a discharge port provided within the closed vessel below the water surface and releasing the aqueous dispersion containing the polyolefin resin particles impregnated with the blowing agent into an atmosphere kept at a lower pressure than the pressure within the closed vessel; wherein(i) when the last portion of the aqueous dispersion containing the polyolefin resin particles impregnated with the blowing agent is released from the closed vessel, the pressure within the closed vessel is at least 5 kg/cm.sup.2.G, and(ii) in order to maintain the pressure within the closed vessel at the time of releasing the last portion of the aqueous dispersion from the closed vessel at at least 5 kg/cm.sup.2.G, a pressurized inorganic gas is introduced into the closed vessel before the heating of the aqueous dispersion is started, provided that the inorganic gas is not freshly supplied to the closed vessel after starting the releasing of the aqueous dispersion.

摘要: A method of manufacturing an optical sensor includes the steps of providing a semiconductor wafer having a plurality of pixel areas; forming a grid-like rib enclosing each pixel area on the semiconductor wafer, the grid-like rib having a predetermined width and being formed from a fixing member; providing a light-transmissive substrate having a gap portion on a main surface thereof, the gap portion having at least one of a groove having a width smaller than the grid-like rib and a plurality of through-holes; fixing the semiconductor wafer and the light-transmissive substrate such that the grid-like rib and the gap portion face each other; and cutting the fixed semiconductor wafer and light-transmissive substrate into pieces such that each piece includes one pixel area.

摘要: An image pickup module includes a cover member, an image pickup device chip including photodiodes, a fixing member which is arranged around the image pickup device chip and which connects the cover member and the image pickup device chip together, a rewiring substrate arranged on the side opposite to the cover member of the image pickup device chip, connection members for connecting the image pickup device chip with the rewiring substrate, and a space surrounded by the cover member, the image pickup device chip, and the fixing member. The image pickup device chip includes a semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate includes through-hole electrodes penetrating the substrate. When an area corresponding to the fixing member in the orthogonal projection of the image pickup module with respect to the cover module is defined as a fixed area, the through-hole electrodes and the connection members are arranged in the fixed area.
