A strengthened support structure for a net post assembly used in ball games comprises a plurality of lower support units disposed between two lateral support rod assemblies thereof, and each of the lower support units includes a first support section, a second support section, and a support body. The first support section and the second support section are connected to define an angle therebetween, and the support body is connected to the free ends of the first support section and the second support section. Each of the lower support units acts as an independent stress-sharing structure, so that stress can be equally distributed over the lower support units. The angle defined between the first support section and the second support section cooperate with the support body to strengthen the structural strength of the respective lower support units, which maintains the distance between the two lateral support rod assemblies constant.

A base station interference-free antenna module includes a plurality of high frequency transceivers respectively facing different directions, and an antenna controller electrically coupled to the high frequency transceivers. The antenna controller is electrically coupled to a signal processor in order to receive a signal transmitting/receiving request output by the signal processor to accordingly select a high frequency transceiver to transmit or receive a circularly polarized high frequency signal. The system includes two WiFi base stations, each having the base station interference-free antenna module and a signal processor, and the high frequency signals wirelessly transmitted between the WiFi base stations in the system are circularly polarized.

A photovoltaic nanostructure according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an electrically conductive nanocable coupled to a first electrode, a second electrode extending along at least two sides of the nanocable, and a photovoltaically active p-n junction formed between the nanocable and the second electrode. A photovoltaic array according to one embodiment includes a plurality of photovoltaic nanostructures as recited above. Methods for forming nanostructures are also presented.
Abstract:
An improved share circuit for normal electrical power which is used in a normal electrical power system of a power supply of a computer. The normal electrical power system has a direct current output circuit to provide initial power for starting the computer and the direct current output circuit has a share circuit including a switch line which can be selected to a state of supplying power and a normal circuit for power output for maintaining the computer to start at a normal condition. The switch line is electrically coupling to a load having an external switch and users can control the external switch to a close-circuit state when the computer is at a shut down condition, so as to generate electricity to drive the load, when the external switch is at an open-circuit state. The direct current output circuit will cease electricity output and stop actuating the load.

A handheld controller allows a human operator to control various aspects of a vehicle's operation. The operator's fingers are used to manipulate various devices (e.g., buttons, switches, joysticks, levers, triggers, trackballs and the like) disposed on the handheld controller to control aspects of the vehicle's operation associated with these devices. The handheld controller may provide control signals to the vehicle by a cable, or by a wireless connection. The handheld controller allows the operator to freely move about the vehicle's compartment or to move outside the compartment, while still being able to control the various aspects of vehicle operation. Furthermore, the handheld controller allows the operator to control the various aspects of vehicle operation from a location away from potentially hazardous surfaces within the compartment, which helps to prevent the operator from contacting these surfaces in the event that the vehicle is struck by an object (e.g., enemy artillery, another vehicle, etc.) or otherwise jarred.

The present invention discloses a current-limiting protection circuit for a power supply, which applies to a power supply that has a maximum power-limiting function, wherein the user will be alarmed by a time-delay alarm circuit of the current-limiting protection circuit when the power used by the loads is in a heavy-load state or a full-load state, and within the delay time preset in the time-delay alarm circuit, the user can adjust the power-limiting value according to the power needed by the loads. Thus, via the current-limiting protection circuit for the power supply of the present invention, the objective of the best power selection and protection of the power supply is achieved.

An accumulator system and method for collating a plurality of media items wherein the media items enter in seriatim at an media item entry point and become at least partially overlapped with each other at a media item exit point. A media item transport path connects the media item entry point and the media item exit point. A moveable member is mounted along the media item transport path between the entry point and the exit point. The moveable member forms part of a pocket into which media items are moved to create a collation of media items. The moveable member is moveable to change the size of the pocket. A protective member may be mounted to the moveable member and positioned to protect the trailing edge of media items in the pocket from the leading edge of media items to thereafter be moved into the pocket. The media item may be aligned in the collation position when moving the protective member to a media item trailing edge protective position. The transport means for media items can be controlled to partially move a media item along an exit path beyond the collation position. Media items of different lengths can be formed as part of the collation at the collation position with the trailing edge of the media items aligned.
