    摘要: A head drum apparatus comprises: a lower drum; a stationary shaft pressed and fitted into a center hole of the lower drum; an upper drum rotatably coupled to the stationary shaft via at least one bearing; a boss fixed to the top portion of the stationary shaft by means of a set-screw; a motor rotor mounted to the top surface of the upper drum; a motor stator fixed to the boss, the motor stator being opposite to the motor rotor; and a ground device. The ground device includes an anchor member anchored to the upper surface of the boss and an elastic member fixed to the bottom surface of the anchor member. The elastic member extends downwardly through a bore in the boss, and a ground member is fixed to tile lower end of the elastic member. The ground member is in elastic contact with an outer race of an upper bearing. Accordingly, the assembly and the disassembly operations of the components of the ground device become simpler and easier, thereby increasing the productivity and enhancing the service operation efficiency thereof.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device (LCD) is constructed with a light blocking layer positioned on a data line region of a lower substrate defined by pixel regions and data line regions. A data line is positioned on the data line region of the lower substrate to overlap the light blocking layer with a gate insulating layer interposed therebetween. An organic insulating layer is positioned on the data line region of the lower substrate in order to cover the data line. Pixel electrodes are respectively positioned on the pixel regions to be spaced apart from the data line. Capacitors are respectively positioned on the pixel regions, and each of the capacitors has a lower electrode formed of a first transparent conductive material and an upper electrode formed of a second transparent conductive material, and the upper electrode is physically insulated from the data line with the organic insulating layer interposed therebetween.

    摘要: A silicon light-receiving device is provided. In the device, a substrate is based on n-type or p-type silicon. A doped region is ultra-shallowly doped with the opposite type dopant to the dopant type of the substrate on one side of the substrate so that a photoelectric conversion effect for light in a wavelength range of 100-1100 nm is generated by a quantum confinement effect in the p-n junction with the substrate. First and second electrodes are formed on the substrate so as to be electrically connected to the doped region. Due to the ultra-shallow doped region on the silicon substrate, a quantum confinement effect is generated in the p-n junction. Even though silicon is used as a semiconductor material, the quantum efficiency of the silicon light-receiving device is far higher than that of a conventional solar cell, owing to the quantum confinement effect. The silicon light-receiving device can also be formed to absorb light in a particular or large wavelength band, and used as a solar cell.

    摘要: This invention is related to a semiconductor light emitting device integrated with a Si-heat sink which contains not only a beam deflector but also the driving integrated circuits. A semiconductor light emitting device comprising a Si-substrate 2, V-groove 3 etched into substrate 2 and a beam deflector 9 on the wall of V-groove 3 wherein the transistor 22 for the driving and control on said Si-substrate is integrated so that light emitting device 1 and said integrated circuit are integrally mounted. The advantage of this invention is that the integration of the driving transistor with the light emitting device in the same package head reduces the packaging and bonding problems. Obtained is a compact optical system which easily radiates the heat dissipated by devices. This is in contrast to conventional light emitting devices which use the Si-substrate only as a mount and beam deflector.
