摘要: A scroll compressor and a refrigerating apparatus having the same are provided. In the scroll compressor, an angle formed between an injection passage that guides refrigerant from a condenser back into an intermediate compression chamber and a back pressure passage that guides refrigerant from the intermediate compression chamber into a back pressure chamber may be designed so as to prevent leakage of refrigerant from the intermediate compression chamber into the back pressure chamber. This allows an appropriate pressure to be maintained the back pressure chamber, and increases an amount of refrigerant supplied into the compression chambers, thereby improving performance of the scroll compressor and a refrigerating apparatus in which such a scroll compressor is installed.

摘要: A compressor and an oil supplying structure therefor are provided. When a compressor is operated at a high speed or low speed, a predetermined amount of oil is supplied to compression pockets formed between a wrap of an orbiting scroll and a wrap of a fixed scroll. Pressure leakage between the wraps may be prevented, thereby enhancing a performance of the compressor. Further, since friction between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll may be prevented, abrasion of the components may be minimized.

摘要: A compressor and oil blocking device therefor are provided which are capable of preventing oil from spreading onto, for example, a balance weight, which are capable of preventing oil from being excessively sucked into a compression device by a separating device disposed between a driving motor and the compression device, and which are capable of constantly maintaining a predetermined amount of oil in compression chambers regardless of a rotational speed of the driving motor by directly supplying oil to a bearing surface and the compression chambers and by easily discharging gas from an oil drain passage. A trochoid gear pump may be used to smoothly supply oil to the compression device. Further, a synchronous reluctance motor may be used to enhance a performance of the compressor and to expand a driving region of the compressor.

摘要: A discharge valve system of a scroll compressor comprises: a fixed scroll having a discharge hole and discharge bypass holes; a discharge valve assembly mounted at the fixed scroll, for opening and closing the discharge hole by a pressure difference; and an integral bypass valve assembly mounted at the fixed scroll, for opening and closing the bypass holes and interworking the discharge valve assembly. According to this, a discharge amount of gas is maximized in a low pressure ration driving of the scroll compressor thereby to enhance a discharge efficiency. Also, the number of components is greatly reduced thus to reduce a fabrication cost. Also, the number of assembly processes is greatly reduced thereby to enhance an assembly productivity.

摘要: An apparatus for varying the capacity in a scroll compressor, comprising: an orbiting scroll provided with a wrap filling portion which is stepped at a certain height, extending the entire inside of a wrap from an outer end portion of the wrap; a fixed scroll provided with a stepped wrap obtained by stepping a wrap corresponding to the wrap filling portion of the orbiting scroll and being in meshing arrangement with the orbiting scroll; a connection passage for connecting compression pockets formed by the outer wrap portion of the orbiting scroll and the inside of the wrap of the fixed scroll opposed to the outside of the outer wrap portion with the suction opening; and an opening/closing unit for opening or closing the connection passage such that the suction opening side and the compression pockets can be connected and disconnected to each other, so that manufacturing unit cost can not only be reduced but also greatly widen a range of varying the capacity.

摘要: An eccentric coupling device in a radial compliance scroll compressor including: a crank pin eccentrically arranged provided at an upper end of a crankshaft included in the scroll compressor, and provided with a vertically-extending cut surface at one side thereof; an eccentric bush provided with a crank pin hole adapted to receive the crank pin, and a stopper hole provided at the eccentric bush at one side of the crank pin hole such that the stopper hole overlaps with the crank pin hole; a stopper fitted in the stopper hole such that the stopper is radially protruded into the crank pin hole toward the cut surface to selectively come into contact with the cut surface in accordance with a rotation of the bush; and a spring wire adapted to elastically support the eccentric bush, while connecting the stopper and the crank pin, thereby preventing an elevation of the eccentric bush. The spring wire also serves to suppress a backward rotation of the eccentric bush, while elastically recovering the eccentric bush when the backward rotation of the eccentric bush has occurred.

摘要: Disclosed is a step-type capacity varying apparatus of a scroll compressor comprising: an orbiting scroll having a first filling portion step-formed with a constant height from an outer end portion of a wrap towards an inner side of the wrap, and a second filling portion extendingly formed at the first filling portion with a certain length from the outer end of the wrap; a fixed scroll engaged with the orbiting scroll by being provided with a stepped low wrap corresponding to the first filling portion and the second filling portion of the orbiting scroll; and an opening/closing unit for opening and closing a passage formed by the second filling portion of the orbiting scroll and the stepped low wrap of the fixed scroll. According to this, a fabrication cost is lowered, a capacity variation width is greatly increased, and an operation is facilitated.
