Abstract: Provided is a display device with high display quality. A first pixel, a second pixel provided adjacent to the first pixel, a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer over the first insulating layer, and a third insulating layer over the second insulating layer are included; the first pixel includes a first pixel electrode, a first EL layer over the first pixel electrode, and a common electrode over the first EL layer; the second pixel includes a second pixel electrode, a second EL layer over the second pixel electrode, and the common electrode over the second EL layer; the first insulating layer and the third insulating layer each contain an inorganic material; the second insulating layer contains an organic material; the second insulating layer overlaps with the side surface of the first EL layer and the side surface of the second EL layer with the first insulating layer therebetween; the second insulating layer overlaps with the common electrode with the third insulating layer therebetween; and the third insulating layer is in contact with the first insulating layer in a region not overlapping with the second insulating layer.

Abstract: A display device capable of displaying a high-quality image is provided. The display device includes a first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element, and a gap. The first light-emitting element includes a first lower electrode, a first light-emitting layer over the first lower electrode, and a first upper electrode over the first light-emitting layer. The second light-emitting element includes a second lower electrode, a second light-emitting layer over the second lower electrode, and a second upper electrode over the second light-emitting layer. The gap is between the first upper electrode and first light-emitting layer and the second upper electrode and second light-emitting layer. Abstract: A semiconductor device is provided in which power consumption is reduced and an increase in circuit area is inhibited. The semiconductor device includes a high frequency amplifier circuit, an envelope detection circuit, and a power supply circuit. The power supply circuit has a function of supplying a power supply potential to the high frequency amplifier circuit, an output of the high frequency amplifier circuit is connected to the envelope detection circuit, and an output of the envelope detection circuit is connected to the power supply circuit. The power supply circuit can reduce the power consumption by changing the power supply potential in accordance with the output of the high frequency amplifier circuit. The use of an OS transistor in the envelope detection circuit can inhibit an increase in circuit area.

Abstract: A display system including a display device and an image processing device is provided. The display device includes a second display panel overlapping with a first display panel on the display surface side. The second display panel has a region that transmits visible light adjacent to a display region. The region that transmits visible light of the second display panel overlaps with a display region of the first display panel, which makes a non-display region between display regions of two display panels in the display device small. The image processing device has a function of correcting the gray scale, which is included in image data, corresponding to at least one of a portion overlapping with the region that transmits visible light and a portion not overlapping with the region in the display region of the first display panel.

Abstract: An electronic device usable in a manner similar to reading a book and a novel electronic device are provided. The first display panel and the second display panel nearest to the first display panel are fixed to the shaft so that an angle formed by straight lines connecting a portion where the first display panel projects from the shaft and the center of the shaft and connecting a portion where the second display panel projects from the shaft and the center of the shaft is (360/n)° in a cross-sectional view along a plane orthogonal to an extending direction of the shaft.
