Abstract: An LTPS array substrate and a method for producing the same are proposed. The method includes: forming an insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, and a first positive photoresist layer on the substrate one by one; exposing one side of the substrate on the opposite side of the gate for forming a polycrystalline silicon layer; forming a source and a drain of the TFT on the polycrystalline silicon layer; forming a pixel electrode on the insulating layer and part of the source; forming a plain passivation layer on a source-drain electrode layer; forming a transparent electrode layer on the plain passivation layer so that the transparent electrode layer is connected to the gate, the source, and the drain via the contact hole. The use of masks in types and in numbers in the LTPS technology will be reduced. So, both of the processes and the production costs are reduced.

Abstract: An array substrate belongs to the technical field of display technology and solves the technical problem of low aperture ratio of prior liquid crystal display device. The array substrate includes a plurality of sub pixel units arranged in an array and a plurality of signal lines, wherein one signal line of two adjacent signal lines is arranged in a first side of corresponding sub pixel units, and the other signal line is arranged in a second side of corresponding sub pixel units. The first side and the second side are one of opposite sides of the sub pixel units respectively. The array substrate can be used in liquid crystal television, liquid crystal display, mobile phone, tablet personal computer and other display devices.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a LTPS array substrate includes: forming a source electrode and a drain electrode on a substrate, forming a poly-silicon layer in a first region and a second region of the substrate including the source electrode and the drain electrode, such that the poly-silicon layer of the first region has a thickness greater than that of the second region and the poly-silicon layer of the first region partially covers the source electrode and the drain electrode; passivating a surface of the poly-silicon layer in order to turn a part of the poly-silicon layer of the second region and the first region that is adjacent to the surface into an insulating layer; and forming a gate electrode on the insulating layer between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The LTPS technical process is simple and can reduce the producing costs.

Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device and an array substrate of the same. The multiple pixel electrodes located at a same column allow lights having a same color to pass through. Each data line passes around at least one column of the multiple pixel electrodes row by row, and when each data line passes around two adjacent rows of the multiple pixel electrodes, opening directions are opposite. Pixel electrodes located at odd rows are connected with a same data line, pixel electrodes located at even rows are connected with a same data line, and pixel electrodes located at odd rows and even rows are respectively connected with different data lines. The present invention can reduce a bias generated at an edge of the color resist in order to improve a light leakage phenomenon when displaying.

Abstract: An LTPS array substrate includes a plurality of LTPS thin-film transistors and a bottom transparent conductive layer, a protective layer, and a top transparent conductive layer. Each LTPS thin-film transistor includes a substrate, a patternized light shield layer, a buffering layer, a patternized poly-silicon layer, a gate insulation layer, a gate electrode line and a common electrode line, an insulation layer, a drain electrode and a source electrode, and a planarization layer that are formed to sequentially stack on each other. The light shield layer covers the scan line and the source/drain. The bottom transparent conductive layer, the protection layer, and the top transparent conductive layer are sequentially stacked on the planarization layer. The patternized poly-silicon layer includes a first portion and a second portion. The drain electrode includes an extension section extending therefrom and opposite to the second portion.

Abstract: An array substrate and a liquid crystal display device comprising the array substrate are disclosed. The array substrate comprises a pixel unit having a thin film transistor region and a through-hole region. The pixel unit comprises a glass substrate, a first insulation layer, a second insulation layer, a third insulation layer, a fourth insulation layer, and a fifth insulation layer stacked from bottom up in sequence. In the thin film transistor region, the glass substrate is provided with a light-shading metal member that is covered by the first insulation layer, the first insulation layer is provided with an active layer that is covered by the second insulation layer, two ends of the active layer are respectively connected with a source and a drain formed between the third insulation layer and the fourth insulation layer, the second insulation layer is provided with a gate that is covered by the third insulation layer, and the fourth insulation layer is provided with a common electrode that is covered by the fifth insulation layer. In the through-hole region, a pixel electrode is arranged on the fifth insulation layer and a through hole is configured in the fourth insulation layer, so that the pixel electrode is connected with the source or the drain after passing through the fifth insulation layer. A cushion layer is arranged under the through hole in an insulated manner.
