摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, devices and a computer readable medium for a restriction on a measurement for a neighbor cell. According to a method implemented by a network device in a communication system, the network device determines a neighbor cell on a frequency layer capable of cell reference signal (CRS) muting. A cell reference signal in the neighbor cell is transmitted on a predetermined physical resource if the neighbor cell enables CRS muting. In response to the determination, the network device transmits measurement restriction information to a terminal device in a cell of the network device. The measurement restriction information indicates that a radio resource management (RRM) measurement for any neighbor cell on the frequency layer is restricted to be performed on the predetermined physical resource. The embodiments of the present disclosure improve a measurement for a neighbor cell.

摘要: Provided are a BZ glaze enamel painting material composition and a painting method. The composition is a painting material composition composed of natural mineral pigment powder, synthetic resin, and vinyl acetate-acrylate added with a color glaze, a white toning glaze, and a colorless toning glaze at different percentages. The painting method that uses the composition includes the steps of preparing painting canvas, forming bottom, and making picture. In the step of making picture, a suitable amount of BZ glaze enamel painting material composition is prepared according to the size of the painting canvas and, and after being sufficiently stirred, added with temperature-resistant minerals and water according to predetermined weight ratios to respectively form red glaze, yellow glaze, blue glaze, green glaze, purple glaze, orange glaze, and cyan glaze, followed by mixing to product a BZ painting artwork exhibiting, in the entirety thereof, an irregular pattern.

摘要: The disclosure provides a method and system of resource reconfiguration for a cognitive-radio system. The method includes that: a reconfiguration module of a wireless communication system acquires a reconfiguration command according to a received spectrum refarming indication or by monitoring a network condition of the wireless communication system (101); and sends the reconfiguration command to a base station to implement resource reconfiguration by executing the reconfiguration command via the base station (102). With the disclosure, proper radio resource reconfiguration is performed by a reconfiguration module of each wireless communication system according to utilization of spectral resources in the system, so that the utilization of spectral resources in a primary system and between RATs may be coordinated, thereby enhancing the resource utilization rate of each wireless communication system and the spectrum utilization rate of the primary system, such as a broadcast and television system, and leading to a more balanced network load.

摘要: This disclosure describes techniques for signaling and processing information indicating simplified depth coding (SDC) for depth intra-prediction and depth inter-prediction modes in a 3D video coding process, such as a process defined by the 3D-HEVC extension to HEVC. In some examples, the disclosure describes techniques for unifying the signaling of SDC for depth intra-prediction and depth inter-prediction modes in 3D video coding. The signaling of SDC can be unified so that a video encoder or video decoder uses the same syntax element for signaling SDC for both the depth intra-prediction mode and the depth inter-prediction mode. Also, in some examples, a video coder may and/or process a residual value generated in the SDC mode using the same syntax structure, or same type of syntax structure, for both the depth intra-prediction mode and depth inter-prediction mode.

摘要: In an example, a process for coding video data includes determining a partitioning pattern for a block of depth values comprising assigning one or more samples of the block to a first partition and assigning one or more other samples of the block to a second partition. The process also includes determining a predicted value for at least one of the first partition and the second partition based on the determined partition pattern. The process also includes coding the at least one of the first partition and the second partition based on the predicted value.

摘要: An Alternate Current (AC) white Light-Emitting Diode (LED) device is provided, which belongs to the technical field of white LED manufacturing. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to low-costly overcome a series of deficiencies such as the stroboflash of an AC driven LED, and the heat dissipation difficulty caused by an integrated packaging of multiple LEDs. A white LED unit includes an LED chip and a light emitting material that can emit light when being excited by the LED chip. The luminous lifetime of the light emitting material is 1-100 ms. The LED chip only comprises one PN junction. The light emitted by the LED chip is mixed with the light emitted by the light emitting material to form white light. The white LED unit is driven by AC with a frequency not more than 100 Hz. The white LED device of prevent invention uses the single PN junction chip, rather than the prior integrated packaged AC multi-LED chip.
