摘要: A hydraulic drive system designed so that while maintaining intact a structure of a relief valve having a shockless function, the drive unit hydraulic drive system facilitates changing a driving pressure or braking pressure of a hydraulic swing motor and hence, changing a maximum driving torque or braking torque of the hydraulic swing motor. Inside a swing motor unit is arranged a first swinging relief valve provided with a shockless function to limit a driving pressure or braking pressure of the hydraulic swing motor in order to prevent the pressure from exceeding a first setting pressure. Also, a second swinging relief valve is provided for limiting the driving pressure or braking pressure of the hydraulic swing motor in order to prevent the pressure from exceeding a second setting pressure that is lower than the first setting pressure.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a construction machine that can reduce particulate matter (PM) or nitrogen oxide (NOx) discharged from an internal combustion engine mounted on the construction machine.The construction machine 200 includes a diesel engine 101 controlled based on a torque command, an electric motor 102 mechanically connected to the diesel engine, an electric energy storage device 111 that supplies electric power to the electric motor, and a hydraulic pump 103. The construction machine performs work by driving the hydraulic pump using the diesel engine and the electric motor. A speed control device 118 controls a speed of the electric motor 102 based on a speed command. A torque limiter 115 obtains the torque command having a rate of change with time limited based on a torque target.

摘要: A hydraulic circuit for a hydraulic working machine is composed of a main pump 21, a boom cylinder 11 arranged for extension or contraction by pressure oil from the main pump 21, a directional control valve 22 for controlling flows of pressure oil to be fed from the main pump 21 to a bottom chamber 11a and rod chamber 12b of the boom cylinder 11, a control unit 23 for performing a change-over control of the directional control valve 22, a pilot pump 24, a jack-up selector valve 25 for controlling a flow of pressure oil delivered from the pilot pump 24, a flow control valve 26 connected on an upstream side of the directional control valve 22 to a meter-in port of the directional control valve 22 such that the flow control valve 26 can be changed over by the jack-up selector valve 25, and a center bypass selector valve 27 connected on a downstream side of the directional control valve 22 to a center bypass port of the directional control valve 22 such that the center bypass selector valve 27 can be changed over by the jack-up selector valve 25. The hydraulic circuit performs a change-over of the jack-up selector valve 25 in accordance with a bottom pressure on the boom cylinder 11.

摘要: To permit using hold-side pressure oil in a first hydraulic cylinder for the acceleration of a second hydraulic cylinder upon performing a combined operation of the first and second hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic drive system is provided with a main hydraulic pump 21, a boom cylinder 6 and an arm cylinder 7, a directional control valve 23 for a boom and a directional control valve 24 for an arm, and a boom control device 25 and an arm control device 26. The hydraulic drive system is also provided with a pressure oil feed means for feeding pressure oil in a rod chamber 6b of the boom cylinder 6 to an upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm when a bottom pressure of the arm cylinder 7 has increased to a high pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined pressure. This pressure oil feed means includes a flow combiner valve 44 arranged in a reservoir line 42 which can communicate to the rod chamber 6b of the boom cylinder 6. When the bottom pressure of the arm cylinder 7 is the predetermined pressure or higher, the flow combiner valve 44 maintains a communication line 40, which communicates the reservoir line 42 and the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm with each other, in a state that pressure oil can be fed to the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm.

摘要: A hydraulic drive system is mounted on a hydraulic excavator, and is provided with a directional control valve 23 for a boom, a directional control valve 24 for an arm, a boom control device 25 for selectively controlling the directional control valve 23 for the boom, and an arm control device 26 for selectively controlling the directional control valve 24 for the arm. The directional control valves 23,24 control a boom cylinder 6 and an arm cylinder 7, respectively, which are driven by pressure oil delivered from a main hydraulic pump 21. The hydraulic drive system is provided with a communication control means for communicating a rod chamber 6b of the boom cylinder 6 and a bottom chamber 7a of the arm cylinder 7 with each other when a stroke of the arm control device 26 has become a predetermined amount S or greater. The communication control means has made it possible to effectively use pressure oil in the rod chamber of the first hydraulic cylinder, which was conventionally drained into a reservoir, irrespective of the level of a bottom pressure in the second hydraulic cylinder upon performing a combined operation that pressure oil is fed to a bottom chamber of the first hydraulic cylinder and the bottom chamber of the second hydraulic cylinder.

When the bottom pressure of the arm cylinder 7 is the predetermined pressure or higher, the flow combiner valve 44 maintains a communication line 40, which communicates the reservoir line 42 and the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm with each other, in a state that pressure oil can be fed to the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm.

摘要: A hydraulic drive unit is provided with a boom cylinder, an arm cylinder, a communication line communicating a rod chamber of the boom cylinder and a bottom chamber of the arm cylinder with each other, and a switching valve arranged on the communication line for communicating or shutting off the communication line in accordance with a rod pressure of the boom cylinder. When an arm-crowding single operation is performed and by its digging counterforce, a rod pressure of the boom cylinder rises to a high pressure of at least a predetermined pressure, the switching valve is changed over from a shut-off position to a communicating position to feed pressure oil from the rod chamber to the bottom chamber. The boom cylinder is hence caused to automatically extend, thereby avoiding lifting of a hydraulic excavator body.

摘要: To permit releasing an excessive rod pressure from a first hydraulic cylinder and also effectively using pressure oil of its rod chamber upon performing such an operation that pressure oil is fed to a bottom chamber of a second hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic drive unit is provided with a boom cylinder, an arm cylinder, a communication line communicating a rod chamber of the boom cylinder and a bottom chamber of the arm cylinder with each other, and a switching valve arranged on the communication line for communicating or shutting off the communication line in accordance with a rod pressure of the boom cylinder. When an arm-crowding single operation is performed and by its digging counterforce, a rod pressure of the boom cylinder rises to a high pressure of at least a predetermined pressure, the switching valve is changed over from a shut-off position to a communicating position to feed pressure oil from the rod chamber of the boom cylinder to the bottom chamber of the arm cylinder.
