摘要: Provided are an image display device reinforcing sheet capable of reinforcing image display devices easily and effectively, and an image display device provided with the image display device reinforcing sheet, and further provided is a method for reinforcing the image display device using the image display device reinforcing sheet. In the image display device provided with an image display unit and a casing, using the image display device reinforcing sheet including a resin layer and a restricting layer laminated thereon, the resin layer is adhesively bonded to the image display unit and/or the casing and then heated. This allows the resin layer after heating to be firmly stuck to the portion to ensure rigidity, so that the strength of this portion can be improved.

摘要: In a pipe forming process using bending rolls, load applied to an upper roll is reduced to suppress the deflection of the upper roll, thereby suppressing creation of large end gap at the longitudinal center of the pipe, thus enabling production of high-strength, thick-walled elongated pipes. This is achieved either by (1) setting the roll spacing L between lower rolls to a value greater than the sum of the diameter Dwu of the upper roll 34 and the diameter Dwl of each of the lower rolls 32, and setting the amount S of tightening of the upper roll 34 with respect to the lower rolls 32 to a value greater than the radius Rwl of each of the plural rolls; or by (2) effecting pipe forming work on the sheet material such that the spacing L of the lower rolls 32 satisfies the following condition: (Dp+Dwl)>L≧0.85(Dp+Dwl), where Dp represents the outside diameter of the product pipe and Dwl represents the diameter of one of the plural rolls; or by (3) preparing the sheet material having leading and trailing bent end regions bent beforehand over a length not smaller than ⅕ of the entire circumference of the pipe to be produced; and effecting bending by the bending rolls such that the length of the regions bent by the bending rolls is less than ⅗ the entire circumference of the pipe.

摘要: A cold-rolled steel sheet suitable for deep drawing has a composition containing up to about 0.005 wt % of C, up to about 0.1 wt % of Si, up to about 1.0 wt % of Mn, up to about 0.1 wt % of P, up to about 0.05 wt % of S, about 0.01 to 0.10 wt % of Al, up to about 0.005 wt % of N, one, two or more elements selected from the group consisting of about 0.01 to 0.15 wt % of Ti, about 0.001 to 0.05 wt % of Nb and about 0.0001 to 0.0020 wt % of B, and the balance substantially Fe and incidental impurities. The steel sheet exhibits a Lankford value (r-value) of about r.gtoreq.2.8 and also exhibits the difference (r.sub.max -r.sub.min) between the maximum value r.sub.max and the minimum value r.sub.min satisfying the condition of (r.sub.max -r.sub.min).ltoreq.about 0.5. The steel sheet is produced by a process having the steps of: conducting hot-rolling on the steel material of the above-described composition; conducting a primary cold rolling at a rolling reduction not smaller than about 30%; conducting intermediate annealing at a temperature ranging between the recrystallization temperature and about 920.degree.; conducting secondary cold rolling at a rolling reduction not smaller than about 30% so as to provide a total rolling reduction not smaller than about 78%; and conducting final annealing at a temperature which is between the recrystallization temperature and about 920.degree. 摘要: An apparatus is provided for reproducing information recorded on a magnetic recording media. The recorded information is detected and amplified by a magnetic head device and a corresponding amplified detection signal is output therefrom. The amplified detection signal is input to a differentiator and to a non-ideal integrator. The outputs of the differentiator and the non-ideal integrator are subtracted from each other and the thus subtracted signal is applied to a zero crossing point detector. Pulses are generated representing the recorded information at each zero crossing point deteted by the zero crossing point detector. Since the non-ideal integrator does not effect integration of DC and low frequency signals, a compensating device is provided for generating a corresponding DC and low frequency signal and for adding this signal to the output signal of the non-ideal integrator.

摘要: In the operation of a continuous-process annealing furnace for a steel strip of a continuous length which is guided through the high-temperature zones of the furnace by the upper and lower hearth rolls in an alternate up and down vertical movement, each of the hearth rolls having an end-tapered or crowned configuration to correct the meandering of the running strip, each of the hearth rolls is coupled with one or a plural number of straightly cylindrical auxiliary rolls in contact with the strip at a position close to the hearth roll. By virtue of the installation of the auxiliary rolls, the phenomenon of wrinkling or buckling in the steel strip can be effectively prevented without causing meandering and the effect is more remarkable when specific relationships are held among the values of the diameters of the hearth roll and auxiliary roll and the position of the auxiliary roll relative to the hearth roll.
