    摘要： A thermally operated refrigerator includes a hot space absorbing a heat from an outer heat source at a high temperature, an ambient space having a first portion and a second portion, a heat accumulator disposed between the hot space and the first portion of the ambient space for establishing a first fluid circuit in which an amount of operating fluid is filled, a hot displacer whose reciprocal movement establishes a periodical movement of the operating fluid in the first fluid circuit for rejecting the heat absorbed at the hot space to the first portion of the ambient space, a cold space absorbing a heat from a load at a low temperature, a cooler disposed between the cold space and the second portion of the ambient space for establishing a second fluid circuit in which an amount of operating fluid is filled, a cold displacer whose reciprocal movement establishes a periodical movement of the operating fluid in the second fluid circuit for rejecting the heat absorbed at the cold space to the second portion of the ambient space, a mechanism for driving the hot displacer and the cold displacer concurrently, an additional ambient space having a variable volume and disposed between the first portion and the second portion of the ambient space.

The substrate cleaning apparatus also has a cleaning tool vertical driving mechanism for moving at least the cleaning tool from a position where the cleaning tool is in contact with a surface of the substrate to another position where the cleaning liquid jet-sprayed from the nozzle is applied to the cleaning tool, by vertically moving the cleaning tool.

    摘要： A swing training device includes a housing which contains a light source, a power source and a driving circuit for generating a beam, such as a laser beam. Suitable optics, such as a collimator lens and a beam splitter (such as a half-mirror or a prism) are placed in the housing in order to split a highly defined beam so that a first beam is radiated along the longitudinal axis of the golf club shaft and a second beam is radiated at roughly a 90.degree. angle with respect to the first beam. A gravity switch in the swing training device provides that the beams are only radiated during the backswing and follow through of a golf club, thus simplifying operation, saving power and reducing the likelihood of inadvertent radiation of the laser beam into the face of the golfer or bystanders. The invention may also include a mat which has indicia for properly aligning lighted dots generated on the mat by the laser beams in order that the golfer may develop a proper swing form. The housing has a nesting portion which is received within an upper open end of a golf club shaft. The housing is removably secured to the golf club shaft by a collar and set screw arrangement. The cap on the housing may be rotatable to provide for radial adjustment of the second beam, to suit the needs of the golfer.

    摘要： A pulse tube refrigerator according to the present invention is capable of performing cryogenic operation sufficiently. The cryostat includes regenerators and pulse tubes. Each regenerator has a cold stage at an upper end thereof. Each pulse tube has a low-temperature end portion at a lower end thereof and a high-temperature end portion thereof, the low-temperature end portion being located lower than the cold stage. The cold stage and the low-temperature end portion are connected to each other through a line whose cubic volume is substantially negligible in comparison with that of the pulse tube. Since the pulse tube has working gas of relatively high density in an upper portion thereof and working gas of relatively low density in a lower portion thereof, there is no convection of working gas induced by the gravity. Thus, the cryostat performs cryogenic operation sufficiently without being adversely affected.
