The mechanical apparatus comprising a mechanical arm and the mechanical arm comprise a first vacuum suction nozzle for sucking a first flat panel, a second vacuum suction nozzle for sucking a second flat panel, and a loop system connects to the first vacuum suction nozzle and the second vacuum suction nozzle. The first vacuum suction nozzle is disposed at a first position of the mechanical arm, and the second vacuum suction nozzle is disposed at a second position of the mechanical arm. The present invention can use one mechanical arm to carry and move two flat panels at the same time in order to increase the moving efficiency.
Abstract:
A calibration system for the automatic handling equipment includes automatic handling equipment, transmission modules installed on the automatic handling equipment that generates light rays, a reception module that receives the light rays generated b the transmission module, and a calibration module coupled with the transmission modules and the reception module. The calibration module is used to calibrate the automatic handling equipment via computation of deviations between coordinates of the light rays that the light rays projects on the reception module and preset coordinates.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a device for transporting cassette which is used to transport cassette among a crane in a stocker, a load port, and an unload port. A transport port zone is provided at the front-ends of the load port and the unload port, and a horizontal transport mechanism and a vertical transport mechanism are provided at the transport port zone, which transports the empty cassette from the load port to the predetermined unload port. The present invention further provides a corresponding method for transporting cassette. According to the embodiment of the present invention, it can reduce the transporting amount of the crane in the stocker, which effectively solves the bottleneck of excessive transportation of the crane in the stocker and increases the capacity.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a cleanroom for storing glass substrates. The cleanroom includes an outlet disposed on a bottom of the cleanroom. A cleaning unit is arranged on a ceiling of the cleanroom and which provides a cleaned, ionized air flow so as to eliminate a static electricity and airborne particles accumulated over a surface of a glass substrate. In addition, the present invention further provides a cleaning unit. An ionized airflow is generated so as to remove the airborne particles and static electricity accumulated over the glass substrate. It features an excellent performance, and therefore increases the yield of the product.
Abstract:
A stacking crane moving along a first horizontal direction is disclosed. The stacking crane includes a lifting assembly, a rotating assembly, an extendable assembly, and a fork. The lifting assembly controls the extendable assembly and the fork to move along a vertical direction and the rotating assembly rotates the extendable assembly and the fork along a horizontal surface so that the extendable assembly controls the fork to move at least along the first horizontal direction and along a second horizontal direction to access objects. In addition, a stacking crane system including two stacking cranes is disclosed. The stacking cranes may transfer the objects to each other directly.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a static elimination device which is used for a stacker with a fan filter device. Characterize in that the static elimination device is provided at the end side of each shelf facing the fan filter device in the stacker. Said end side is opposite to the end side of the shelf which a cartridge moves in and out. Two ends of the static elimination device are free to rotate and connected to shelf holders at said end side. Under the action of the fan filter device blowing the airflow, the ions, which are used to eliminate the static, are blown from the static elimination device into the cartridge of the shelf and the surface of the glass substrate on the cartridge. The present invention further provides a stacker. The stacker and the static elimination device according to the present invention can effectively eliminate the static of the cartridge and the glass substrate surface in the same, which can decrease the equipment costs.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an automatic lubricant dispensing device, which comprises the following elements. A bracket is provided. A lubricant supplying device is mounted on a first end of the bracket. A dispensing gear is disposed on a second end of the bracket. A guiding arrangement is moveably mounted on the bracket, and including a pair of guiding rollers arranged coplanarly. Wherein a space is defined between the dispensing gear and the pair of guiding rollers in which a rack to be lubricated can fit therein, and the dispensing gear is adapted to mesh with the rack to be lubricated. Wherein the lubricant supplying device evenly dispenses the lubricant over the teeth of the rack by the dispensing gear which is completely and thoroughly meshed with the rack and transferred with lubricant from the lubricant supplying device. It is convenient, no need of labors and saving a lot of time. In addition, the lubricant can be evenly distributed to all the surface of the rack. In addition, the provision of the automatic dispensing device largely reduce the difficulty and time in lubricating the rack with dust free lubricant. A great deal of manpower and time has been saved. The environmental quality of the clean room has also been upgraded.
Abstract:
A detecting apparatus for determining whether liquid crystal glasses are displaced in a cartridge is disclosed. The detecting apparatus includes: a signal sensing device for sending sensing signals to an internal of the cartridge and for receiving the reflected signals from the internal of the cartridge; a reflector installed in the internal of the cartridge for receiving the sensing signals from the signal sensing device and for reflecting the sensing signals back to the signal sensing device; and wherein a determination of whether the liquid crystal glass is displaced in the cartridge is made by determining whether the reflected signals from the reflector are received after the sensing signals are sent. Upon determining whether liquid crystal glasses are displaced in the cartridge, impurities are prevented from getting into the cartridge and thus the cleanliness is enhanced and the labor power is reduced.
Abstract:
