    摘要: A metal-clad laminate of the present invention comprises an insulating layer, and a metal layer that is present at least on one surface side of the insulating layer. The insulating layer is a laminate of at least three layers: a center layer, a first resin layer that is present on one surface side of the center layer, and a second resin layer that is present on the other surface side of the center layer. The center layer, the first resin layer and the second resin layer each contain a cured product of a respective resin composition. The elastic modulus of the cured product of the resin composition contained in the center layer is lower than the elastic moduli of both the cured product of the resin composition contained in the first resin layer and the cured product of the resin composition contained in the second resin layer.

The liquid crystal display device includes a first colored layer, a second colored layer and a third colored layer, which layers are formed in a display area. In the liquid crystal display device, the first colored layer is arranged in a grid pattern in a manner of surrounding the second colored layer and the third colored layer. In addition, when (n, m) denotes the coordinates of a pixel having a grid square formed therein in the display area, grid squares are omitted in at least pixels of (n−1, m−1), (n−1, m+1), (n+1, m−1) and (n+1, m+1).

    摘要: There is provided a flame-retardant resin composition which can maintain heat resistance at a high level and simultaneously provide low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss tangent while ensuring flame-retardancy without containing any halogen compound causing the generation of harmful substances. This flame-retardant resin composition comprises 0.1 to 200 parts by mass of a cyclophosphazene compound represented by the following formula (1): wherein n=3 to 25; and one of R1 and R2 is CN and the other is H, or both of R1 and R2 are CN, based on 100 parts by mass of a resin component containing a polyfunctional epoxy resin having a biphenyl aralkyl structure, wherein the ratio of cyanophenoxy groups in the compound is 2 to 98% of the total number of phenoxy groups and cyanophenoxy groups in the compound.
