摘要： A multiple exposure camera performing a plurality of exposures in one photographing operation has a diaphragm, a shutter and a controller. The diaphragm controls an amount of light passing through a taking optical system to reach a light receiving medium. The shutter controls an exposure time of the light receiving medium. 摘要： A mechanism, for feeding a film with a photographing information magnetic recording area, of a camera. The camera including the mechanism has a cartridge holder inside which a film cartridge housing the film in is set; an aperture for defining an exposure field on the film; a magnetic head for writing/reading the photographing information; a take-up spool around which the film fed from the film cartridge is wound; and a drive motor for feeding the film between the film cartridge and the take-up spool. Both the take-up spool and the magnetic head are installed on one side of the aperture, and both the cartridge holder and the drive motor are installed on the other side, opposite to the one side in view of the film feeding direction, of the aperture. The drive motor is mounted opposite to the aperture relative to the cartridge holder; therefore, a greater distance is secured between the magnetic head and the motor so that an electromagnetic noise generated from the motor during the writing/reading operation by the magnetic head is effectively reduced on a side of the magnetic head.

摘要： An apparatus for quantitative determination of trihalomethanes comprises a separation unit containing two channels in contact with each other via a microporous membrane that will not react with trihalomethanes, a reaction unit for heating a carrier solution that has passed through the separation unit, a cooling unit for cooling the carrier solution that has undergone complete reaction; and a detection unit for determining the quantity of a fluorescent substance in the carrier solution. A method for quantitative determination of trihalomethanes comprises flowing a sample solution or a mixture thereof with a reducing agent through one of the two channels in the separation unit, flowing the carrier solution through the other channel, heating the carrier solution that has passed through the separation unit and to which an alkaline nicotinamide or a derivative thereof has been added, cooling the carrier solution, and subjecting the cooled solution to fluorimetry.

摘要： In an imaging apparatus, an erroneous shake correction is prevented from being performed due to a front curtain shock. A shutter selecting section determines a current state is a shake-correction execution mode when a shake correction switch is ON, when a tripod detection sensor tripod is not mounted, when a shake detection sensor senses a shake amount equal to or larger than a predetermined value, and when a shutter speed is lower than a predetermined value. In this case, the shutter selecting section selects an electronic focal plane shutter as the front curtain, and supplies an operation command signal to an electronic focal plane shutter control section. In other cases, the shutter selecting section determines the current state is not the shake-correction execution mode, and selects a mechanical focal plane shutter as the front curtain and supplies an operation command signal to a shutter drive control section.
