    摘要: A steel sheet for an inner magnetic shield has a ratio of the anhysteretic magnetic permeability in the rolling direction to the anhysteretic magnetic permeability in the transversal direction, which is not higher than 0.7 or not lower than 1.4, preferably not higher than 0.5 or not lower than 2.0. A higher value of the two anhysteretic magnetic permeability values in the rolling direction and in the transversal direction is not lower than 18000. The inner magnetic shield formed of the particular steel sheet has a substantially truncated pyramid body which has a pair of short side members of a screen and a pair of long side members of a screen. The short side members are joined to the long side members at edge portions of the truncated pyramidal inner magnetic shield. The direction, in which the anhysteretic magnetic permeability of the steel sheet is the higher value, corresponds to the horizontal plane direction of the short side member. In addition, the direction, in which the anhysteretic magnetic permeability of the steel sheet is the higher value, corresponds to as required to the horizontal plane direction of the long side member.

    摘要: An alloying-treated iron-zinc alloy dip-plated steel sheet excellent in press-formability, having, on the surface thereof, numerous fine concavities which satisfy the following conditions: (1) that the number of fine concavities having a depth of at least 2 .mu.m is within a range of from 200 to 8,200 per mm.sup.2 of the plating layer, and (2) that the total opening area per unit area of the fine concavities in the plating layer is within a range of from 10 to 70% of the unit area. The above-mentioned plated steel sheet is manufactured by subjecting a cold-rolled steel sheet to a zinc dip-plating treatment in a zinc dip-plating bath having an aluminum content of from 0.05 to 0.30 wt. %, in which the temperature region causing an initial reaction for forming an iron-aluminum layer is limited within a range of from 500.degree. to 600.degree. C., an alloying treatment in which an alloying treatment temperature is limited within a range of from 480.degree. to 600.degree. C., and a temper-rolling treatment. It is possible to further impart an excellent image clarity after painting to the above-mentioned plated steel sheet by replacing the above-mentioned condition (2) with a condition that a bearing length ratio tp (2 .mu.m) in a profile curve is within a range of from 30 to 90%.

    摘要: Method for producing a galvannealed steel sheet wherein a slab consisting essentially of C in an amount of 0.004 wt. % or less, N in an amount of 0.004 wt. % or less, Ti in an amount of 0.01 to 0.15 wt %, Si in an amount of 0.05 wt. % or less, Mn in an amount up to 2.5 wt. %, P in an amount up to 0.1 wt. %, S in an amount of 0.015 wt. % or less, sol. Al in an amount of 0.02 to 0.1 wt. % and the balance being Fe, is soaked for at least 30 minutes at a specified temperature (range). The soaked slab is hot rolled to produce a hot-rolled steel sheet which is coiled at a temperature of 500 to 700.degree. C. The coiled hot-rolled steel sheet is cold rolled at a reduction ratio of 60% or more to produce a cold-rolled steel sheet which is annealed at a temperature of from recrystallization temperature to Ac3 transformation temperature. Galvanizing the annealed cold-rolled steel sheet and then galvannealing at a temperature of 450 to 600.degree. C.

    摘要: Providing a high frequency power amplifier circuit and a radio communication system which can control output power by a power voltage, produce sufficient output power in high regions of demanded output power and improve power efficiency in low regions of demanded output power. In a high frequency power amplifier circuit (RF power module) which comprises two or more cascaded FETs for amplification and controls output power by controlling power voltages of the FETs for amplification to gate terminals of which bias voltages of a predetermined level are applied, different transistors for power voltage control are provided for a last-stage FET for amplification and preceding-stage FETs for amplification. The transistors for power voltage control generate and apply the power voltage so that the preceding-stage FETs for amplification saturate when a demanded output level is relatively low.
