摘要: A safety device for a pressure vessel comprises an easily-breakable member-having a small thickness and a fixing portion formed in the pressure vessel for fixing the easily-breakable member therein. The easily-breakable member has a top wall portion formed with a breakable portion, and a peripheral wall portion having an end. The fixing portion has a wall portion which extends toward the inside of the pressure vessel such that it defines an opening having a shape complementary to a periphery of the easily-breakable member to permit communication between the inside of the pressure vessel and the outside of the pressure vessel. The wall portion has an inner end. The easily-breakable member is fit into the opening of the fixing portion such that the end of the peripheral wall portion is directed toward the inside of the vessel, and the end of the peripheral wall portion of the easily-breakable member and the inner end of the wall portion of the fixing portion are welded to each other for sealing the opening.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for processing a substrate on which transparent electrode made of metal oxide is formed before forming an organic EL element on the transparent electrode. According to the method, the substrate is accommodated in a bake chamber provided with a heater. The substrate is heated while mixed gas of oxygen and nitrogen is introduced into the bake chamber so as to replace the gas in the bake chamber. The mixed gas is introduced into the bake chamber in an amount that is 1/60 or more and 1/15 or less of a whole volume of the bake chamber per minute. According to this method, moisture is removed and an appropriate surface treatment is performed for the transparent electrode of metal oxide at the same time.

摘要: An aeration-less water treatment system includes an anaerobic treatment tank which subjects sewage supplied by a pump to anaerobic treatment by causing the sewage to upflow, and an aerobic treatment tank which subjects anaerobically treated water to aerobic treatment by letting the anaerobically treated water to downflow by natural downflow. The aerobic treatment tank includes an aerobic filter bed section in which carriers to which aerobic microorganisms are adhered are arranged. The aerobic filter bed section subjects the anaerobically treated water to decomposition treatment by putting the anaerobic treatment water in contact with the aerobic microorganisms adhered to surfaces of the carriers. The aerobic filter bed section is provided with an air port which takes in air into under normal pressure, thereby activating the aerobic microorganisms.
