摘要: A ratcheting tensioning device for a closed loop chain driven power transmission system of an internal combustion engine consisting of a base tensioner arm (12) and an adjusting tensioner arm (14) which each contact different strands or chain. Optionally, each arm may have a chain guide element for contacting the chain. The two tensioner arms (12, 14) are connected by a link plate (16) that is pivotally mounted to the base tensioner arm (12) in proximity to a first edge (24) of the link plate (16). A channel (52) located in proximity to a second edge (25) of the link plate (16) which allows a pin or sleeved bolt, to be securely attached to the adjusting tensioner arm (14), to traverse along the length of the channel (52) to urge the two tensioner arms (12, 14) toward each other in response to progressively increasing slack in the chain caused by the wearing over time of the components of the power transmission system.

摘要: A timepiece, time display, and method of presenting time information. The timepiece includes clock means for measuring the passage of time in standard units, and maintaining a current value. A visual display is included for displaying one of the standard units of the current value at a time. The time piece further comprises means for selecting one of the standard units and presenting the selected unit of the current value on the visual display. The current value is represented by the position of an indicator within a defined space on the visual display.

摘要: A Radiation Curable Coating composition, which may be used as an inner primary coating, an outer primary coating, single coats, a matrix, or a buffer resin composition, comprising: A Radiation Curable Coating composition, which may be used as an inner primary coating, an outer primary coating, single coats, a matrix, or a buffer resin composition, comprising at least one radiation-curable oligomer wherein said at least one radiation curable oligomer is a fatty-acid modified epoxy acrylate; at least one ethylenenic unsaturated reactive diluent; wherein said oligomer(s) and diluent(s) are selected from the group that does not include moieties with Urethane chemistry. This composition, when tested, is found to have resistance to thermal degradation as measured by less than 10% weight loss after exposure of cured specimens in a natural convection furnace for 100 hours at 180° C.

摘要: An accessory such as a welding helmet is attached to a protective cap by means of a continuous band mounted to the inside of the accessory. The band is in the form of two pieces having overlapping ends which are adjustably connected together to accommodate different size protective caps. A hook structure may be provided on the band for hooking around the lower edge of the protective cap.
