This composition, when tested, is found to have resistance to thermal degradation as measured by less than 10% weight loss after exposure of cured specimens in a natural convection furnace for 100 hours at 180° C.

摘要： A curable resin composition adapted for bundling coated optical fibers comprises:(A) polyetherpolyurethanes of at least one kind having an ethylenically unsaturated group and containing from 40% to 85%, by weight, of a tetramethyleneoxy structure in the entire structure thereof;(B) ethylenically unsaturated monomer; and(C) a photopolymerization initiator. This resin composition, when cured, has a coefficient of dynamic friction with polyethylene of not more than 0.4, and is thus specially adapted for use in holding together coated optical fibers in a tape-like structure.

The composition is capable of undergoing photopolymerization when coated on a floor and when irradiated by a light emitting diode (LED) light, having a wavelength from about 100 nm to about 900 nm, to provide a cured coating on the floor, with the cured coating having an external surface, and the cured coating having a Percent Reacted Acrylate Unsaturation (% RAU) at the external surface of about 60% or greater. Also described and claimed are the process to coat a floor with the LED curable coating for floor and a coated floor where the coating has been cured by application of LED light.

摘要： A welding face covering such as a digital welding helmet includes a face protector which would be located in front of the welder's eyes. The inner surface of the face protector has a digital viewing screen. A digital lens is mounted externally of the face protector for viewing the welding site. The digital lens transmits an image of the welding site to the viewing screen. As a result, the welder can view the welding site by looking at the screen rather than looking through a viewing window of the face covering or helmet.
