    Abstract: A network device may determine a geographical distance between an earth station and the network device. The network device may receive a plurality of geographical distances between the earth station and a corresponding plurality of other network devices. The network device may determine location coordinate points for an exclusion zone, associated with the earth station, based on the geographical distance and the plurality of geographical distances. The network device may generate an exclusion zone system information block that includes the location coordinate points for the exclusion zone. The network device may determine a state of a user equipment associated with the network device. The network device may provide, to the user equipment, the exclusion zone system information block based on the state of the user equipment.

    Abstract: A system described herein may generate a map of ground stations and associated antenna beams along a flight path. Such map generation may include assigning a unique identifier to each antenna beam and associating an absolute or relative location to each beam. As an aircraft traverses the flight path, the map may be utilized to identify candidate serving ground stations and/or candidate antenna beams, whereby a likelihood of selection may be generated for each adjacent beam to a serving beam. The likelihood of selection may be calculated based on one or more predicted flight paths and associated confidence levels of the predicted flight paths. Flight paths may be predicted based on serving beam history, pre-defined flight path, and/or other relevant factors.

    Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which a radio access network slice and core network slice service is provided based on RAN-CN network slice pairing information. A radio access network slice and/or a core network slice uses the RAN-CN network slice pairing information to select network resources to support sessions of end devices. The RAN-CN network slice pairing information may include location information, radio access network slice information, core network slice information correlated to different types or applications or services available to end devices. The RAN-CN network slice pairing information may include information indicating current and available radio access network resources pertaining to the radio access network slices and threshold resources that may be used to support the different types of applications or services.

    Abstract: A device is configured to determine quality of service information and determine a set of service classes, associated with a wireless local area network, based on the quality of service information. The device is configured to determine an association between the set of service classes and a set of service identifiers. The device is configured to receive data traffic and to determine a service class, of the set of service classes, associated with the data traffic based on the association between the set of service classes and the set of service identifiers. The device is configured to schedule delivery of the data traffic based on the service class and to deliver the data traffic via the wireless local area network.
