    摘要: System and techniques for progressive radar assisted facial recognition are described herein. An image may be obtained from a camera of the security device. A facial target in the image may be identified. The facial target may include a non-empty set of positive facial indicators and also be missing a non-empty set of facial indicators used for identification. In response to identifying the facial target, a power level of a millimeter wave radar may be increased at least until a threshold number of members of the set of facial indicators are observed. Then, the members of the set of facial indicators that are observed may be combined with the set of positive indicators of the face to create a composite image.

    摘要: Methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided for detecting objects, including humans, using a mobile communications device. A communication space is scanned with a beam-shaped signal transmitted by a phased antenna array of the mobile communications device. Information is discerned from one or more attenuated signals received from the communication space based on the beam-shaped signal. The information is analyzed to determine an object in the communication space. Whether the object is likely at least a portion of a human is determined. A communication signal transmitted by the phased antenna array is modified in response to determining that the object is likely at least a portion of a human, and that the at least a portion of the human has a predetermined spatial relationship with the phased antenna array.

    摘要: A radar signal processing apparatus is disclosed which includes: time-series phase data generating section 3 generating time-series phase data in a range bin of interest based on a range profile indicating, for each range bin, a phase of a reflected wave of a radio wave from a target; phase-rotation-amount time-series data generating section 4 that divides the time-series phase data into segments of a predetermined time length, calculates an amount of phase rotation that occurs in the segments, and generates time-series data on the amount of phase rotation; pattern matching section 6 that performs pattern matching between the generated time-series data on the amount of phase rotation and a template of time-series data on the amount of phase rotation that is defined by a distance and a moving speed; and speed detection section 7 that detects the moving speed of the target based on a result of the pattern matching.

    摘要: A radar device for the transmission of a signal in a frequency band. The radar device includes a control means and an oscillator. The input of the oscillator is connected to the control means by means of a converter. The oscillator is controllable by means of the control means for the generation of the signal. The signal is generated by means of the oscillator and can be picked up on an output of the oscillator. The radar device also includes at least one transmission aerial for the transmission of the signal being present at the output of the oscillator. The transmission aerial is connected to the output of the oscillator. At least one receiver channel is provided for the reception of a received signal and for the processing of the received signal and for the transmission of the processed received signal to the control means. The receiver channel has at least one receiving aerial and a mixer for the mixing of the received signal with the signal which is present at the output of the oscillator. The mixer is connected to the output of the oscillator, and the output of the oscillator is connected to an input of a switchable amplifier and the amplifier provides a signal at the output and transmits it to the at least one mixer. A wattmeter is provided, which monitors the signal at the output of the amplifier and transmits it to the control means.
