Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for immediate livestreams in a short-form video ecommerce environment. A website that includes a plurality of products for sale is accessed. The website is viewed by a plurality of users. One or more groups of users is identified. Each of the one or more groups includes users with an interest in one or more products from the plurality of products for sale. An immediate livestream is created for each group of the one or more groups of users when a number of users within each group is higher than a threshold value. The immediate livestream includes the one or more products. The immediate livestream is rendered within the container unit on the website to each group of the one or more groups of users. An ecommerce purchase of the one or more products is enabled within the immediate livestream.

Abstract: A computer server includes processor and memory hardware. The processor hardware executes instructions including parsing a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request from a first user agent to identify a first data object matching a set of characteristics and generating a new data element based on the HTTP request. The instructions include, in response to the first data object being present: extracting a first set of serialized data elements and serializing them with the new data element to generate a second data object. The instructions include, in response to the first data object being absent and a user associated with the first user agent being identifiable: determining a second set of serialized data elements based on an identity of the user, and serializing them with the new data element to generate the second data object. The instructions include transmitting an HTTP response including the second data object.

Abstract: An automatic system facilitates selection of media properties on which to display an advertisement, responsive to a profile collected on a first media property, where a behavioral-targeting company calculates expected profit for an ad correlated with the profile and arranges for the visitor to be tagged with a tag readable by the selected media property. The profit can be calculated by deducting, from the revenues that are expected to be generated from an ad delivered based on the collected profile, at least the price of ad space at a media property where the BT company might like to deliver ads to the profiled visitor. When the calculated profit is positive (i.e., not a loss), the BT company arranges for the visitor to be tagged with a tag readable by the selected media property through which the BT company expects to profit.

Abstract: A method for presenting pre-approved and pre-underwritten offers to a customer may include: receiving targeting criteria based on at least one of current accounts with the financial institution, assets, creditworthiness, and credit risk for an offer for a financial product; identifying a target population of customers for the offer by applying the targeting criteria to a population of customers; reviewing each customer in the target population for underwriting for the financial product based on inferred income for each customer and accounts that each customer has with the financial institution, wherein the underwriting is performed before the financial product is offered; determining a channel to present the offer to one of the customers that passed underwriting; communicating the offer to the customer over the selected channel; and providing an accepted offer to a fulfilment engine, wherein the fulfilment engine initiates an account opening for the financial product.
