摘要: A lithium-ion battery device comprises a housing, a battery cell stored inside the housing, and an adjacent member provided adjacently to and on a rearward side, in a vehicle longitudinal direction, of the battery cell. The battery cell comprises a cell case, an electrode body stored inside the cell case, and a pair of terminals. The cell case includes a first main face and a second main face which face to each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction. At least two gap-forming portions which respectively have a smaller area than the second main face and have a specified thickness of the vehicle longitudinal direction are arranged between the second main face and the adjacent member. The two gap-forming portions are provided to be spaced apart from each other in an inter-terminal direction of the battery cell.

摘要: An energy storage device may include an electrode assembly including electrodes and separators, wherein the electrodes and separators are alternately stacked in a vertical direction of the energy storage device; an external member accommodating the electrode assembly therein; and electrode leads joined to the electrodes provided in the electrode assembly, the electrode leads are provided in the external member, the electrodes include a positive electrode and a negative electrode, the electrode leads include: a positive electrode lead having one side joined to the positive electrode; and a negative electrode lead having one side joined to the negative electrode, first and second through holes are provided in upper and lower surfaces of the external member, respectively, in the vertical direction, and a portion of the positive electrode lead is provided to face the first through hole in the external member, and a portion of the negative electrode lead is provided to face the second through hole in the external member.

The first high voltage terminal may be mounted to a first cross-member beam of the first cell stack, and the second high voltage terminal may be mounted to a second cross-member beam of the second cell stack. The first high voltage terminal may be arranged and coupled to the second high voltage terminal to electrically connect the first cell stack and the second cell stack.

An average margin of the cathode layer from an edge of the cathode layer to the third surface in the second direction is within a range of 15% or more and 30% or less of an average width of the battery body in the second direction.

摘要: A battery and a battery apparatus are provided. The battery includes a cover plate, an explosion-proof valve arranged on the cover plate, and a protective patch arranged on an outer side of the cover plate. A sealed chamber is formed between the explosion-proof valve and the protective patch, and a notch penetrating through the protective patch is arranged on the protective patch in a thickness direction to form at least one cantilever portion. When a predetermined pressure is applied, the sealed chamber communicates with an outside through the cantilever portion that is opened. The cantilever portion has an area of a mm2. The protective patch has a thickness of b mm, where 0.5 mm≤a/b≤20 mm and 0.01 mm≤b≤1.2 mm, and the protective patch has a wetting tension of c, where 20 N/m≤c≤70 N/m.
